Even so, the ladies were kind and helpful. I was offered a beverage and asked if I needed anything else. I was asked to wait about 10 minutes to see if anyone cancelled or more techs came in. They were able to take me in as a walk in. I had Abigail as my tech. And she was amazing, kind, and so talented. She offered to add a vitamin cover and gardener for my nails at a reasonable price. I will be going again.

The salon appears clean and everyone wearing a uniform makes it look even better. They also offer you water, coffee or tea while you get your services, which is very nice. Now for the negatives... I got cut on 3 different fingers from the girl filing my nails. I algo got left with a lot of acrylic product underneath my nail that could have been removed with the proper tip on an e-file. I also didn't get an itemized receipt to reference when paying, but it seems that I got charged extra for having 2 nails be a different color. I did get a couple of nails chromed, which I do believe has an extra cost... but I didn't think the other 2 with just a different color polish was extra. My friend I went with said that they do charge for this. I guess I was expecting the price to be less, but it was $67 for a gel mani and pedi. A day later 2 finger nails had chipped already. Also, upon getting home and looking at my toes more closely, the nails are not as squared as I asked. I should have noticed this at the salon, but it was difficult to focus on both hands and feet after being ask to twist weird ways by putting one foot on top of the stool thing and taking out another hand as they were being worked on simultaneously. Overall, I give the place a 3 out of 5. It's an okay spot but there are areas of improvement. I am open to trying them again, and maybe just getting a mani next time with nothing extra added.

I was ushered into a resting area and given snacks and a glass of champagne. I was able to do a quick shower after to wash my hair. Highly recommend! My friend made our appts, so I'm not sure how easy/difficult that was but she seemed pleased. The staff that was present that day did not speak English but my friend took take of my translating. We inquired about how I could make a future reservation and they said it could be done on their website (awesome!) the place was super clean and they took all the necessary COVID precautions (temperature check, bottom of shoe gets cleaned/dried, everyone had masks on and kept them on). I had Ronnie as my nail tech and I thought a manicure typically came with a cuticle trim but perhaps not at this salon. I didn't catch the nice lady who did my pedicure but she did a wonderful job! My manicure lasted almost a month and just now peeled off tonight. I never got "builder gel" done before and Ronnie warned me it will probably burn under the light and it will lessen with time as I get them done more often. This was fine with me as I can handle the pain, but a few of my nails were quite scary when I peeled off the gel tonight. Im not sure what happened but this has never happened to me and I have gotten regular gel and acrylic done for years in the past. Id love if someone from the salon could explain if this is a normal reaction to builder gel or otherwise.

She delivers the haircut that I want and that flatters my face shape. This time, I wanted a layered haircut and she cut it so it framed my oval face shape and it looks sleek and stylish.
