If you're looking for incredible service from amazing people at an unbelievable value, 5 Star…read morePerfection Detail Center is exactly what you've been needing!!! This business ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure I -and every other customer with whom I have spoken - leave extremely happy! I've gone to their location for a wide variety of services (everything from having a minor sratch fixed to a quick exterior cleaning touch up to a full interior and exterior detailing to the magicians who work so diligently completely saving the day when my sons spilled strawberry milkshakes all the way down and all over between the leather front passenger seat and center console while getting it thoroughly embedded and ground into the floorboard and the mat! I showed up in a panic, with no appointment, and they removed every trace of it as thought it never happened. These people are amazing and always so incredibly kind!) had them come to our home to detail both my and my husband's cars and I have never completed a transaction with them without feeling as though I have just committed highway robbery - their prices and services are that good! One time, I went to their location and got the Freshen Up Service and had my youngest son with me. As we were pulling out of the parking lot, he said that the car looked and smelled better than it did when we bought it brand new two years earlier and I completely agreed! That was quite a compliment, especially since at the time we had three children under the age of ten and a 110-pound dog who was a heavy shedder and loved car rides! Words truly cannot express how fantastic 5 Star Perfection Detail Center is! I have referred innumerable people there, including my 91-year-old grandmother. You won't be sorry if you give them a try!

I came here needing a new car radio as mine had been stolen. I generally hate going to get work…read moredone on my car because as a female, I've had the experience of being treated condescendingly and rudely. This was not the case here. They could not have been nicer. I felt respected. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the receptionist and the owner personally asked me what I was looking for in a new radio. He asked a few clarifying questions (do I want a CD player? Would I like it Bluetooth enabled?). He didn't try to up-sell me or talk me out of anything. I got a very reasonable quote and made an appointment for the following week for installation. A few days later, I had to change my appointment due to a conflict and they were very accommodating. When I showed up for the installation, they were just as friendly and said it would take about two hours. And it took almost exactly two hours. And the final cost came in at more than $100 UNDER the initial quote as they'd found a piece of my old radio in the car and used that rather than charging me for a new one. All in all it was a great experience and I wish they did more than just window tint and radios so I could be a more frequent customer.

From Yelp, I requested the cost for the tinting and how soon I could have it taken care. Within less than 5 minutes, Dustin responded. After giving my cars details, I again had a response within minutes of the cost and willingness to get me in first thing on a Saturday morning. Although it was a 35-minute drive to their shop, Apex had the window tinted within less than 30 minutes and I was back on the road. I forgot to ask for a receipt, so I emailed Dustin with that request. Again, within minutes I had a text receipt for my records. The cost is very fair and the drive from Nashville/Franklin was worth it.

If you're in the Chattanooga area, I highly recommend this shop. After dealing with a bad tint job…read morefrom another installer, the folks at Phantom were able to get my truck fixed up right. Here are a couple reasons to consider them for your vehicle: They have been in the business for 25+ years and still deliver a great product for an affordable price. Some other shops I spoke to want to charge more with less experience and cheaper film. They use a plotter to cut their film rather than traditional hand cut. Leaves a really beautiful cut on the film. They use high quality XPEL film, do some research on it, its quality stuff. They communicate what's going on with your vehicle well. While mine was getting done, they didn't mind a phone call check in as the end of the day was approaching. When removal of the old film took longer than expected and reapplication wasn't going perfect, they had the courage to ask to keep my truck for a few extra hours to make it right. Top notch service right there. Pushing a closing time delivery vs not stressing and making it perfect. Needless to say, James and his crew are some great folks and I can't recommend their business enough. Don't waste your time anywhere else, these are the folks to see.

I chose this shop based on the existing positive reviews, but I should have paid closer attention…read moreto the negative review that mentioned damage. Unfortunately, I now have my own experience to add which left my car permanently damaged. First of all, even without the damage, this was not a proper detail. Dirt and grime were left on the wheels, water spots covered the exterior, and residue and dirt remained on interior surfaces including the center console and dashboard. In some areas the car looked worse than when I dropped it off. They also left a sticky residue on the inside of the windshield and the rearview mirror that multiple solvents could not remove that is clearly permanent now, and they severely damaged the chrome trim on the steering wheel. I pointed these issues out immediately while still at the shop. The owner and another person spent about 20 minutes trying to clean the glass (including isopropyl alcohol) and failed. They claimed the chrome damage was pre-existing and only offered a partial refund for the exterior work only, which I still have not received. I later spent several hours trying to remove it myself without success. I requested a full refund that same night so I could pay someone else to have the damage fixed, they refused and insisted everything was already there. They will not own up to their mistakes. Between the incomplete work and the refusal to take responsibility for the damage they caused, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone for any service. They clearly don't know what they're doing, unprofessional, and dishonest.

BEWARE. Honestly I should have given more attention to the negative reviews. I chose this shop…read morebecause the owner told me he did the wrapping for Porsche and since I figured they would have experience with my type of car it made sense. Turns out he didn't do wraps directly for Porsche but apparently has a friend. The biggest issue is, he will stop returning phone calls and messages if he can't fix the problems with the job. He damaged my window trim, which had to be replaced, that he said he would reimburse me but never has. When I got my car home he had left the door controller unplugged so I had to take the door apart so the windows and locks would work. The front bumper is wrinkled and pealing up in multiple areas that he was supposed to find a different shop that could do correctly and pay for, but as stated he just disappears and will not take phone calls or respond to messages. I ultimately took my car to a better professional shop that installed the wrap correctly that I paid for. Everything sounded great on the front end of this, but as he's done to others he won't stand behind his work. Buyer beware. At worst do not make final payment until the job is done correctly.
