You'll learn more about their cancellation & no show policy than you will your actual care. *Shout out to the medical assistant that was incredibly kind & professional, and seemed to care more in general than the actual doctor who googled a photo to show me, then told me if my concern bothered me, I could follow up. They seemed more preoccupied with cleaning up the store than actually helping me, and the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. To make matters worse, as soon as I left the store, they left shortly after--I can only assume they didn't want to assist me because I was getting in the way of them clocking out. If that was the case, they could have at least passed me on to another associate instead of making me feel like an afterthought. Based on this experience, I'm not surprised the store is often empty.
