Whenever my dentist recommends necessary procedures, the claims are constantly denied even after going through the appeal process. Recently, I needed to see an endodontist for a root canal. When I contacted customer service and asked for a list of specialists who accept this insurance, I found that the majority either did not actually take the plan or were not realistically available. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for insurance and then struggle to find providers who accept it. At this point, the coverage feels almost useless beyond routine maintenance. I would NOT recommend this dental insurance based on my experience.

I just could not figure it out. So as i used YELP all the time, i went to YELP and asked for the top rated Medicare agent in my area. TERESA KARAM name popped up, and i stated to read the reviews, which were all fantastic. So i sent her a email, and got a reply very fast. Teresa told me EXACTLY what to do to get the process started, and of course i messed it up. I had to wait three weeks to get a paper signed, and when i finally got the paper signed that i needed, i called Teresa, and she told me step by step on how to proceed. Two days later, i was accepted by Medicare for part B. The rest was so simple. I had a very nice zoom call with Teresa, she showed me different options, and i picked SCAN ADVANTAGE, so i could keep my doctors and hospital. She went thru each step, each option, each benefit, each scenario. At the end of the zoom call, i was so happy, that i was finished getting Medicare, got a lot of nice benefits that i did not expect, and that TERESA KARAM was my Medicare agent.
