They are professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly. Their new place is a huge loft with lots of big windows, cute plants, and just a modern space. Isabel always knows what I want and nails it every time. Not everyone knows how to do/color Asian hair, but she does. I've never had to deal with brassy colors or greenish hair when I'm going blonde. On top of that, she's quick and efficient. I've watched the other stylists in the salon, and they are all professional and their clients come out looking beautiful too. They offer water and snacks too :)

A stylist with consecutive Saturday appointments available a few days prior to needing an appointment is usually a red flag (9 years in the same city and she's still not booked & busy). Her price was also much lower, but I now know it's because of the lack of quality. Unfortunately, I ignored this information because the talented Mo G was unavailable at the time. I received knockoff "Passion Twist" and immediately knew the quality was poor. Just take a look at my photos and the inch of braided hair at the root before the twists even start! Also, don't bother voicing your opinion to her because she can't handle criticism when you think her work is anything less than "cute". I was getting stares from people out in public for all the wrong reasons after my appointment. Her response was to "give it a few more days" for me to adjust to the style. Poor quality hair doesn't magically change overnight. There's a difference between needing time to adjust to a style versus the work just being BAD. Similar to other reviews, I would NOT recommend Najja K for passion twists. She admitted to only doing the style once and clearly needs more practice or to stop altogether. PSA save your $ and time by finding a different stylist. Najja K isn't professional and tried to berate me for speaking up and saying something about my hair. A good stylist can put their ego aside and not resort to personal insults when a client voices concerns. But then again her poor work says it all. I recommend Styles By Jessica @ MariMarshe Salon.

This information is incorrect as it's not even close to expired (was just purchased a few months ago) Also, he NEVER asked to see it....I had the gift card with me at the time and would of gladly showed it to him. She is going to make sure every single strand of hair on your head is laying perfectly before she lets you leave her chair.
