I immediately searched for a Safelite location in Souix Falls and found this one. Hooray! We drove to the location and a guy there said he could get it taken care of in about 30 minutes. Wow! That's service. The nice lady behind the desk submitted something to our insurance company and there was no charge. Free of charge is awesome! Everyone was super nice and we were back on our way within about 45 minutes.

When they broke it, they only offered my daughter $50 off a full replacement, which she didn't have. They also didn't provide her with an invoice for anything. When we tried calling later to argue it, they just keep stating that we need an invoice for them to do anything, and refused to take any responsibility for the damage they caused. This place is shady, and management is the worst. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Avoid at all costs!
