I called the manager Jon Jones who also leaves reviews online of his own to promote this rip off shop by the way, and was told to take it to a local mechanic being I am 3 hours away to have it diagnosed. I took it to have a scan done where SEVERAL codes popped up that had been stored in the system that appeared to have been CLEARED. I have been open and upfront with every move I made to have the this van fixed. I was told by the salesman and the manager "WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCTS" WHAT A JOKE! I have sent emails of receipts, called, and text to get resolution and I all ever get is "we need to get the owner involved" over and over again same old BS. So now I am over 4 thousand dollars in repairs, and I have had this 2016 Ford Transit for a month. Not to mention I paid cash for this vehicle, and we counted the money in the office together, Jon Jones, myself, dad, and salesman to the conclusion it was all good. Well the salesman comes back 10 minutes later AFTER LEAVING WITH THE CASH and says oh you are a thousand short which the same amount I offered less off the asking price to which they agreed too.

Throughly dissatisfied…read more I booked an 11am appointment to avoiding spending hours here waiting. I showed up at 11:02 and waited over 15 minutes in line before anyone was able to even begin to speak to me. This was pretty typical the entire time I was here, a very slow moving line. When it was finally my turn, I explained the issue to my technician Ian who told me that not only could my tire not be repaired but I now needed 4 new tires and an alignment, which may have been true but it smelled like an a very clear upsell. He then told me they didn't have my tires in stock but then showed me several other options that were double the price if not more. I only learned this when I asked to see the original tire I had. At this point, I told him I had an appointment at Costco later and wanted to look online with them before I committed and he had a tantrum. Very clear he was mad about the sale. He kept my keys and then never came back. I had to wait in line for another 15 minutes and it took so long that I sat down. When I finally got called back up I learned I WAS NEVER EVEN CHECKED IN. It's 11:45 at this point. I let them know I only wanted to fix what needed to fixed to drive my car today and that I was going to do the rest of the work elsewhere. At this point I've been here for 50 minutes and nothing has happened. Further, to have a male tech likely try and take advantage of me because I'm a girl is genuinely disappointing and disgusting. Tire repair is never this exhausting at Costco and I'm upset that I thought I could go elsewhere. This experience was so genuinely unprofessional and for a big box brand like this, they really should be ashamed. Shoutout to Ramon, the second technician I worked with. He had to go talk to his coworker to figure out what was going on. Interesting enough when they looked tires up again the $68 option was gone and then the next option was $74. Ramon honored the $68 price which was kind and offered to make sure my car was take care of asap since I mentioned I had been here for nearly an hour to not even have my car checked in. Safe to say I will not be back.
