My overall rating is that this place is decent, but super expensive. But I also might not have ordered the right thing. I got the super lemon black tea and had the first hand experience of what super lemon means. It tasted like straight up lemonade, and there wasn't really any tea flavor. Luckily I love lemonade so I thought it was a good drink as a whole. But then when I realized my tea craving wasn't being met and how much I paid for essentially lemonade, it did end up being a little of a let down. Would still probably try some of their other drinks though.

This tea and boba shop is inside Lotte Market. As soon as you enter, it's to your right in the food court. It's a great location and I believe they put it there on purpose to lure you in. As my friend and I were enjoying our lunch, we kept staring at I Tea and admiring all the drinks they were making. Most of the diners in the food court had ordered a drink from I Tea so my friend and I decided to get a drink from there too. The cold brews caught our eyes but the machine was down so we had to order something else. The man at the counter then recommended we order the cappuccino slush, so we did. It wasn't too heavy tasting but yet it was very refreshing. It even had coffee jelly in it. It was a nice end to our heavy lunch. We come to Lotte quite often so we're looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu.

Boba ITea - A Refreshing Go-To Spot in West Orlando Boba ITea is easily one of my favorite boba spots on the west side of Orlando. On a hot Florida day--whether after yard work, running errands, or gearing up for a long grocery trip--a refreshing fruit tea is a must. And honestly, sometimes you just need to treat yourself! Their teas are flavorful, well-balanced, and have just the right amount of sweetness, making them the perfect iced fruit tea fix. If you're looking for a reliable spot to cool down and recharge, Boba ITea is definitely worth a visit!

I Tea is located inside of Lotte Market in the food court area. It is a great addition to the food court and I always grab an entree from one of the restaurants and complete it with a tea from I Tea. They have so many options for tea and toppings. I love the fruit and milk teas and every tea I have tried has been wonderful! Some of my favorites include the Strawberry Mojito Green Tea, Honeydew Milk Tea and the Supreme Fruit Tea. However, I really don't think you can go wrong here. I am not a huge fan of boba in my drink so I can't speak to how they taste, but there are various options for toppings here! The staff has always been friendly and willing to answer questions and the drinks come out very quickly!

Please spare yourselves a heartache of losing nearly $11 on a drink. I've been shopping Lotte Plaza market since they've opened here in Orlando Orlando, And ITea was a frequent for me and I've enjoyed their milk teas very much, UNTIL today. I decided to try their Matcha lavender latte. Firstly, the color of the Matcha drink is an incredibly dark green. The flavor is very flat. In fact there was no hint of lavender. The Boba pearls are good and chewy however I couldn't justify only enjoying the pearls when I could barely even enjoy this drink that I paid almost $11 for. I've had many Matcha drinks that are lighter in color have that soft fragrant Matcha flavor, and this one tasted very powdered and artificial. I kindly went back to the Gentleman who took my order I explained that I did not enjoy drink, Especially considering the price that I paid I will provide a screenshot here. I didn't think asking for a replacement drink (again) one of the milk teas that I usually enjoy was too big of a request. I would've still lost money because there large milk teas are starting at about $6 a drink, so even with my added toppings it would not have come out to nearly $11. I was willing to forfeit the difference because I knew they wouldn't be willing to make that correction of a price difference, so my only fault here was assuming they'd be willing to maybe remake my drink or offer a replacement. The employees spoke very little English, and then called over a short Asian woman who I was told by Lotte customer service that she is the owner, and she was NOT nice at all. I explained again that I did not enjoy the drink if they would be willing to accommodate and replace my drink. As I couldn't even finish the drink, I returned to the counter with my drink full as you see in this photo, which I later tossed it out.. I had no choice, I couldn't even enjoy this if I tried. I mean they weren't even willing to add more lavender flavor that wasn't even an option for me. She simply said to me just because you don't like it we will not remake your drink or give you something else. She went as far as to patronize me, giving an example saying "You know when you order food and you don't like something you don't get it remade, or offer something else" which I'd like to say she is false because there have been many times when I have tried food or drinks at different establishments restaurants if I don't like it, and I PAID for it, they do the right thing and offer to make it again or simply allow me the opportunity to choose something else that I know I would enjoy. I proceeded to ask if this a rule that they have? Because I don't see any sign that say sales are final no replacements or refunds?" Nothing was displayed and once again she said to me, you don't like it, we cannot make anything else for you. And I said to her well, then I will never be ordering here again. I refuse to give my money to an establishment that can't understand that there are people who sometimes just don't like how a drink may taste, it couldve been made wrong, wrong ratio etc.. but let's go back to the fact that I've stated that I've had many Matcha lattes, and this was A huge letdown, as I had hoped that this would be a freshly made Matcha latte. So now I have to hope that my bank will dispute this charge for me as the owner here was not willing to help me at all. So if you're looking for a drink on the go.. I'd strongly suggest going to other Boba shops in town that are a lot nicer with their CUSTOMER SERVICE and always willing to correct any faults cheaper as well might I add. That or order your SAFEST drinks, don't try anything new here and have hopes that it'll taste good because if you don't like it, you are stuck with it and you've lost money. I don't know how businesses operate with this mindset, but it's clear the owner here just cares about your money. Not providing quality drinks, or service.

This might be my favorite fruit tea in all of Orlando. Located in Lotte Market , I Tea should be your first stop. And last stop since you'll probably finish it before you're done shopping and eating. Friendly service. But even it wasn't , who cares? This place is fantastic. Thank god it isn't closer, I'd be broke.

Hello Yelpers! Although this review is short, it is worth the read. I Tea is located in Lotte Market and is a stand alone kiosk. Every time I have visited, I have never been disappointed. Their vibe is calm and welcoming and even though it's simple, you won't be disappointed. The service I receive every time has been on par and I have never had a bad experience. This time I ordered the Honey Dew Milk Tea. Like always, flavor was on point, not too sweet, just enough boba, and just enough ice. I usually alternate between Honey Dew and Taro, but either way you can't go wrong. With this Florida Summer heat, I Tea keeps you cool and satisfies your thirst and your sweet tooth. If you're in the area check them out and support small businesses! Happy eat and travel adventure! I give this place a 10/10!

Came here a few times and it has always been a miss for me with their milk tea drinks. I ordered the regular milk tea with boba and it seemed a bit watered down and the boba was a bit hard to chew. I wasn't satisfied with the drinks made. Place do get busy and it's a wait for drinks to be made since seems like there's only 1-2 person working at the stand.

Located inside Lotte world in the food court. This place is pretty popular and the line can get long. I'm a huge fan of matcha but sometimes fear ordering because I know it can be hit or miss at certain places. Have no fear because it's delicious here! Only thing is that they don't have almond milk so all their milk tea is made with whole milk. My daughter and her friend got the signature mil tea with boba and loved it as well. The drinks are served in a cute cup which is also a plus!! Only thing was our order took so long to get. We placed our order right after placing our food order. We were basically done eating by the time the tea was ready. We wanted to enjoy the tea with our food but it ended up being more of a dessert lol. I'd still come back here when in the area.

Disclaimer: I wrote a long review and Yelp glitched. -_- I will resume what I wrote :( I enjoyed this place a lot because the staff was very helpful and nice since it was our first time. The employee knew her coffee and was informative when I asked which coffee beans are used. I initially wanted to get a hot coffee with the cheese foam but the brew would've been a basic brew and not an exotic one like their cold brew so it is why I got the cold brew. The cheese foam was very delicious that I licked the cup lol the coffee was very delicious and quality was perfect. My husband had the creme brulee special and it was too sweet for my taste lol. It did take like 15 mins to get the drinks although there was no line. It is worth the price I would say but not a place to where I will constantly come to. I would say it is definitely worth to try out at least once.

While waiting for our "to go" food from other sellers in the Lotte food court I decided to try "I tea's" Boba tea. I was not disappointed. After reading other yelpers reviews I decided to have a taro milk tea. Taro milk tea does not have caffeine and it's non-dairy. I was a little worried about it being a milk tea while also being nondairy, but it was delicious, and it tasted like it was milky. the person who helped me was not fluent in English so I didn't get any information about what kind of milk they used but I loved that tea and I highly recommend it. I slept well that night so I can confirm that there is no caffeine in it.

This is another hidden treasure located inside of Lotte Plaza Market's food court. I can't speak for their milk teas or slush options, but it's truly one of the best fruit tea boba spots I've discovered. Their supreme mixed fruit tea is my usual order, and it just never seems to get old. While the flavor is great on its own, I really enjoy the texture of the added fruit and seeds. It's $6, which is average pricing, but they aren't shy about making sure your cup is completely filled and that the fruit is still high quality before dropping the slices in! The wait can be kind of long, so they usually hand out buzzers to customers to let them know when their orders are ready. But good things are worth paying and waiting for!
