They made dentures for me about 18 months ago. I have had problems with them from the beginning…read more At first I told them the top plate stuck out too far in front and the teeth were too big. Their fix was to redo the bottom plate. my dentures are already worn out. Poor quality material. I have had them realigned many times and have tried to get them to resharpen them. The teeth are flat against each other so there is no way to chew anything with them. Have had to eat softer foods since I got the dentures. Teeth are so soft they have already worn off about 1/4 inch. Have not been able to eat any kind of sandwich since I got the dentures. The assistance response is they have to fit that way because of your mouth. Price was OK but quality is poor.

The front desk staff doesn't even greet you when you arrive, or tell ypu about any delays and the waiting area is in poor condition - the floors and chairs are dirty. Additionally, be aware that you can't accompany a minor child back to the appointment area. They also completely ignored what I came in for. It's generally recommended to get a cleaning/check up every 6 months. I like to go every 4 months based on past dentist's recommendations. However, as an existing patient, the next appt they had available was 8 1/2 months out. Stop accepting new patients if you can not handle the ones that you already have. It's a slap in the face. It's also a zoo when you go in there. It's very hectic and I've never seen the same hygienist more than once. They also have an annoying habit of pestering you. For example, I had a 1pm appt. I was parking the car and at 1:01pm I get a call asking if I'm still coming. However, on multiple visits I've waited in the lobby 15 minutes past the appointment time to be taken in. So they are fine with making you wait but 1 minute late on your part and it's an issue.
