Desert View Dental is outstanding. From the front desk staff to everyone that I came into contact with in two visits so far. Dr. Francis is literally the best dentist that I have had work on my teeth ever. That's 58 years and plenty of dentists from around the country. Her and her staff's ability to put you at ease with a genuinely friendly and caring demeanor makes a trip to the dentist less painful than a long line at the supermarket. If I lived in Vegas I would drive to Pahrump, Desert View Dental, and Dr. Francis for my dental needs. read more

The dentists at Desert View Dental, Pahrump NV are great - singing and no pain. However, he hired a new front office person, Sheena. She has reversed my insurances this year causing my secondary Blue Cross Anthem dental plan to be billed erroneously as primary for all of 2025! She argued with me constantly about this, when I told her my Medicare United Health Care advantage PPO dental plan is primary. I have been going to this dental office for several years and never had a problem until Sheena arrived. I called today because I have severe pain in my lower right-side tooth. The dentist told me if I ever have pain, the office would fit me in for an emergency visit. Sheena was talking about an appointment on November 18, 2025. That is too far away for severe pain in my tooth. Sheena hung up on me 5 times. I was trying to leave a message for my dentist! She stated she didn't have to deal with me. I never raised my voice or cussed. I was in the medical field for 40 years and never treated a patient this badly! I will be filing my complaint with Medicare Grievances and the Dental Board of Nevada, also! BEWARE - SHEENA TREATS ALL PATIENTS POORLY - SHE THINKS SHE KNOWS EVERYTHING - SHE NEVER LISTENS TO THE PATIENTS! The office staff is polite and professional. Office is clean and updated. The dentist I saw, Brittany Francis was pleasant, professional, yet friendly and did a great job with my dental needs. I would say she was one of the best dentists I've ever seen. read more

I called to check on the price of a root canal & crown. My husband had gone to the emergency dentists in Vegas, so we knew what work was needed. The receptionist asked if we were current patients. I said "no". After waiting on hold for quite a while, she came back with the costs (which were very reasonable). SO, I asked how soon we could make an appointment. She said, "We're not taking new patients". WHY did she waste my time? She could have told me this up front when I said that we were not current patients. The doctor may be awesome, but this was just the weirdest experience that I've ever had when trying to find a dentist. read more

My first appointment was great. Everyone appeared nice... it wasn't until my third time at Desert View Dental that I started having issues with Dr. Francis and staff. It's a small office so once you question one person, you have the whole office to deal with. It became unbearable. I ended up going to Vegas and was very satisfied with results. read more

Amazing Dentist! Can do what others can't and has state of the art equipment, x rays! Very sensitive to a patients concern and level of pain, where I have had intense pain on some procedures at other Drs. previously I have had NO PAIN when going to this Dr! He does it all and better! The Doctor (Dr Arin) is pleasant and took the time to explain everything to me even long terms solutions that this office probably won't be able to implement since I was visiting Pahrump when I needed to have a tooth extracted. If you live in Pahrump this should be your dentist!! If your close enough that traveling to see Dr Arin makes sense, this should be your dentist. In the 10+ years I have been in town, I have seen many of the dentists here. I praise the day I found Dr Aron. I am a fearful patient with dentistry. So, my first day in his office, I told him I did not like dentists. He jokingly said he was appalled and from day one he joked with me, sang, and generally put me at ease. I have had extensive dental work and would never go anywhere else. He has wonderful office staff that are helpful, kind, and pleasant. The dental techs and hygenist are professional but personable as well. I bring my daughter, who has had bad experiences with other dentists, and she loves Dr Aron. I've lived in Pahrump for 20 yrs. I've been to several of the local dentists. As a new patient I had to wait over 2 months to get an appointment ( which was discouraging) . It was WELL worth the wait though!! The ladies who work here are all AWESOME ! Always very professional and caring ! Dr.Arin is FANTASTIC !! He works his way through the office singing and he is SO down to earth , I cannot say enough GOOD things about this place ! I'm one of those anxiety ridden people when it comes to dental work ( always have been ) ~ they do everything they can to accommodate me .
