Of particular note: They honoured the warranty and did the repair no cost even though it had expired a couple of days previously. This kind of great customer service is pretty rare these days. My roof never leaked until I had Dwight's "subcontracted" roofing staff on it. They appear (as many things do on the internet) to be a legitimate business but this is just the surface of a huge scam. Installing a roof is generally an undesirable thing to have to do and dwight's turns into a financial nightmare. They cannot install a non-leaking roof and tend to charge you just under the going rate, so it makes it look like a bargain. You then realise you've been screwed and taking them to court as others have done is not something you normally want to add to your bucket list. So, to wrap up, avoid these clowns and tell your friends to avoid them as well. Your pocketbook and psychologist will thank you.
