This establishment is truly phenomenal. This is truly a genuine and blissful retreat. This oasis is minimal waste, all natural, sustainable vacation where you can really tap into your minimalist, humane side and remember the beauties that simplicity in life has to offer. Everyone that works on the property is a lover of animals and eats sustainably. The pool, restaurant, rooms, and gardens are absolutely gorgeous. We did a tour of the property with the owner- Benjamin and it was an honor to get his perspective on sustainability, natural eating and the thought process behind Agrevilla ipini. The gardens are breathtaking and Ben even allows you to walk through them and try some of the herbs and berries that they have . Every meal was based with seasonal items of what they have in their garden and each dedicated plate was made with love, nutrient density, wholesome flavor, and comfort that packed a punch. Their dinners and breakfasts were extraordinary and their lunch menu is off the hook with intricate meals for purchase and the tastiest desserts that they make! My husband isn't vegan and had the tiramisu and he ranked it as one of the best tiramisus he's ever had . The salt water pool is like bath water and the rooms are so comforting and relaxing you have the most restful sleep. I will definitely be coming back in the fall to see the leaves change and the beauty in picking season when they pluck the grapes and olives from now heir branches to start their season off right . read more
