I go only to Wendy by recommendation and I'm so happy I do! Wendy does an amazing job from the shape & polish being perfect to her kind personality. I paid $60 for new gel tips with matte color and I paid $43 for this gel fill in with pedi as seen in the photos & I love the nails! I did get a pedicure from Wendy and it wasn't the best at all sadly I left with my feet feeling the same as when I walked in and I don't have that bad of feet but I'd expect to see a different so you'd probably be better off going to one of the Hispanic women. They also don't massage your hands after like some other places and that may not be important for some but I know some people like that extra care included so just FYI. read more

I used to go here years ago and I stopped going because the guy who was doing my nails asked me if I knew where he could get drugs from! I couldn't believe it and I had been a customer for so long. Today my daughter went there to get her nails and feet done for graduation and they came out HORRIBLE. I took her back over there to explain to them how I don't like them n they tell me she can wait 45 mins for someone to fix them or he will give me a $10 discount. Making an appointment only to find out the person I made it with wasn't going to come in. They put me with someone else, the man at the check-in had an attitude right from when I walked in. I sat down to get a manicure with bottles of polish that were only a few to select from. They were all old and looked like they were cracking. After she started putting the coat of polish on the first now immediately started bubbling and cracking because of how old it was I showed it to her and she said well that's because you were on your phone. She got up to put polish thinner and I said maybe let's change the color, It had nothing to do with me being on my phone it was all polish she took it off put another color and the same thing happened. When I said why is that happening she said it's because you're choosing these summer colors not for winter she applied four coats of polish and yelled at me when I went to go dry my nails. These nails will never dry. She started yelling and saying you're going to ruin your nails and then you'll come back I will never walk in this place again they are disgusting and they miss treat people terribly. read more

I want to start off by saying I never leave negative reviews because I know the impact they can have on a business. With all the positive reviews, I wanted to give my feedback as I rely on Yelp to help make decisions. I called to see if they accepted "walk-ins", they said yes. When I got there, the gentleman told me 10 minutes. At some point, they have me sit in the pedicure chair with cold water, I asked her to make it hotter she didn't. 10 minutes turned into 40 minutes, just unacceptable. No apology. If they knew they were busy they should have been honest. On my one day off, I don't have that kind of time to waste. I got my nails done here today, it was one of the worst manicures I have ever had. They barely did anything to my cuticles and the edge of my nails are jagged because they weren't filed properly. This is the BEST place hands down that I have been to in NJ. They are nice, quick and do a great job. This is probably going to be my new go to nail spot and best part of all its a 10 minute walk from my house. While I was out with a friend I noticed how nice her nails were.. she said she goes to I Nails... I made an appointment which they were on time for and was so taken back how nice everyone was there and amazed at what a great job they did on my LCN nails. I had the pink and whites done in under an hour and they are perfect. I am super picky how my nails come out and I have to say out of all the places I have been to this place is the best. They are just the way I prefer natural looking and filed perfect. I can't wait to go back and get a pedicure. I would highly recommend this place read more

Extremely poor customer service. We had appointments and still waited nearly an hour for pedicures. They manipulated us by putting us in the pedicure chairs prematurely, only to have to wait an additional 35 minutes. Our feet were pruny by the time they started the pedicure which had a detrimental impact on the pedicure experience. They blame customers for the delay. Then they took customers first who walked in after us in direct retaliation for us complaining which is clearly our first amendment right. This was a 2 hour ordeal and we will not be returning. read more

As far as the "spa pedicure" it cost $40 for the regular stuff you get everywhere else with massage, hot towels and stones. Took my daughter there today as a reward for not bitting her nails to get a manicure. The service was horrible, they did not even try to be friendly with her. Charge me extra for her desing witch it was some dots around nails. Of course they were talking about us all the time. They asked my daughter's age, and they continue talking looking at both at all the time. I understand they speak another language, I do too, but if you are asking my daughters age and then have a conversation with someone else looking at my daughters nails of course I will feel that you were talking about me. They did not smile once at her. Don't go there if you want to have a nice experience or mother and daughter time. For the price i did not care i pay wherever to see my daughter happy. Have been a customer for years and I wouldn't waste my time here any longer. They do great nails when their not rushing you to cater to other customers. Their rude even if you have an appointment your waiting 15+ minutes meanwhile their taking walk ins in front of your appointment. They try to multi task while doing your nails and the rude conversations they have in their language in front of their customers is just plain unprofessional. They need to get it together. I went into the salon and asked if I could get a gel fill in and i was asking if I would be done at a certain time for my event that i was going to that eve. The man yelled at me to wash my hands without answering my question and then he said i was wasting time by asking my question. The nail girl was rude as well and was squeezing my fingers so hard and kept saying ouch and she was holding my hands in the air so i could not rest my arm. She asked me what color but didn't give me the color panels she was not very nice and the energy in the salon was not relaxing. I told her that i work in several spas and I am a massage therapist and need very short round nails with no sharp edges. She slopped on cream without massaging it in and handed me a cool towel , not a hot towel to compress on my hands . they were over priced but i gave her a good tip because i was grateful to just get them done. after I left i felt my nails and 4 fingers on my right hand had jagged sharp edges on the sides of the nails. if i ever spoke to a client and did horrible work I wouldn't have my jobs. i will never go back there again even to fix the nails YUCK read more

I had the worst customer service experience here. I loved the old owner. Some of the new people there is iffy. I asked for glow in the dark nail polish and she gave me regular gel pink polish and lied about it being the one I asked for. When I realized it wasn't the one I asked for. I called and the owner she I would have to pay $20 for a polish change, instead of giving good customer service and letting me pay the difference to get what I asked for in the 1st place. I originally asked for the metallic gel color & she kept acting as if I couldn't afford it along with my other services. She kept saying but, it's $15 more, pick something else. Get what she's getting it's no extra. Then, my daughter picked out a glow in the dark pink & I asked for that. She said that's still $10 more. I said ok, that's what I want. When doing my nails she says again, this pink, I said no, the glow in the dark pink. She said but the color she got not extra.
