I messed up my own deliverable and needed to edit it and send it back to them to print. I called and they made sure they would put my two separate orders in but package them together for me. Grace was very nice and understanding about this entire thing. I then kept bugging Jake and asked about selling gear (because my stuff is just sitting), so I picked up the prints and brought my DSLR. Jake had my prints ready, and Robert helped me with my camera and lenses I was trying to sell. All went smoothly and they were all so nice. Highly recommend!
