This is my 2nd time ever getting lashes. My first impression as I walked into the studio was that it's very bright and clean. It is a rather small studio, with 4 tables ready for use. I got the C-curl, with a mix of 11-12 mm length and 0.15mm thickness. This place was different from the last place that I went to because they let you also choose thickness of the lash-- I thought that was nifty. Shao Hua Liu was my eyelash technician, he was very nice. I asked him to put on music and he put on such calming music that I almost fell asleep. I would give the overall experience a 3.5/5. -0.5 because it didn't seem like they changed the paper that I lied on top of when he did my lashes (I was early to my appointment and he just did not change the paper from the last client)... and it took about 2 hours to do my lashes, which imo is a bit long. read more

Im a newbie to lash extensions, but have wanted to try them out for awhile. I got a Groupon and went in the next day. My lash application took over 2 hours. The lash glue stings if it gets in your eye at all... I didn't know this beforehand but they trim the lashes after application. im wondering how this will negatively affect the health and length of my natural lashes. My esthetician also didn't make an attempt to sanitize my natural lashes beforehand Many of the employees couldn't speak fluent English which made communication difficult. I went to bed that same night and woke up with a painful and red eye. Guess you get what you pay for. I'm reconsidering even going back to the refill included in the Groupon. read more

I bought a groupon deal for a one hour deep tissue massage for $40. I called and got an appointment a few days later, she informed me that on the day of my massage I'll get a masseur if that bothers me, to which I confirmed it didn't. I got there and he greets me and told me whenever I'm ready I can go into the room. He was professional and polite. The room was clean and felt comfortable. Now when they said deep tissue, they meant it. He massaged the hell outta my body. He would asked if it was painful, if he should reduced the pressure he is applying to which I said no but I was sore for 3 days after and it was worth every penny! I buy this deal every 3 months because I feel my muscles benefit from it. I highly recommend. read more

Who knew lashes would be so addictive! They not only do great work but are super gentle. I'm pretty sure I started snoring at some point during my service. My lashes easily could've made it to 3 weeks without a touch up. read more

I went to this location 9 days ago. It is small l, but clean. Very relaxing atmosphere and decent prices. I got b-curl in 11,12,13mm. They look very natural but still make a dramatic impact on my face without looking heavy and I have received many compliments. Most of the lashes are still in place one week later. I plan to return for a two week refill. My only qualm would be that there isn't a portfolio book to see what you want and what the lashes would like that. For newbies this can be very frustrating. I would bring one of your favorite lashes or a picture in order to achieve the look you want. The staff was really friendly and professional! read more

Yesterday I came in to get my lashes done and I asked for natural and gorgeous ( whatever that meant ) because I was not explained what any specific look was called. Is as there about two hours doing my lashes mainly because the first set was an hour An half an it came out looking like I did absolutely nothing to my lashes. I told her I want more on the ends to make it look like I actually got them done . So we did and it wasn't much of a difference but I left because I had no time . I told them it's for my birthday and tomorrow I am leaving to vacations, instructions were to not use an oils or make up removal because lashes will fall out or water so I didn't wash my face and I couldn't remove my make up but yet all I did was sleep on it An one eye is full An the next is spotty I'm upset ! read more

I Love Lash - My lashes - Eyelash Service Near Me - New York, New York

Love love love my lashes. I wanted a natural yet sexy lash and I got just that. Staff friendly and helpful. They were very patient with me considering I had a lot of questions and actually answered my questions and tried their best to explain the process, which I appreciate because I can tell English is not their 1st language and that may have been hard for them as well but they pushed through and I really appreciate it... it's very clean and peaceful environment, I brought my own music and headphones (of course) but they had relaxing music playing in the background which is nice. It is a small office but I like that because it felt intimate and personal. The lady who finessed my lashes was very attentive to me constantly making sure I was comfortable. In addition the lashes are super lightweight and comfortable I actually keep forgetting I have them. It's not until I see the extra "attention " if you will... Than I'm like ohhh yea... Although I didn't fall asleep like I've heard many ppl say they have it was still a nice, peaceful moment to just relax and be still.... so I'll be returning for my fill in and will try to update you guys on how long they lasted...(sidebar:via attached photos:: IGNORE MY BROWS getting that cleaned up later today) read more

I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to eyelash extensions. The lady who did my lashes did such a good job. I was the only one getting my lashes done at the time so it was very quiet and calm music played in the background. I asked for eyelashes that were natural, long and full. You could not tell that they were fake lashes. They looked perfect. Definitely recommend. read more

I purchased this groupon last minute as an emergency since my usual lash place didn't have any appointments before my vacation. I was not in love with the results. They were accommodating but just the overall look of the lashes didn't have a noticeable difference to them. Also, the lashes started falling off two days later. I personally wouldn't do it here again. read more

They take close to two hours to complete your extensions. Ain't nobody in NYC got time for that. Some places take as short as 30 mins and do a wonderful job, so I'm confused as to why they take so long (they might just be newer technicians who are not as skilled). Next, the fan is supposed to be used after both eyes are done so the noise doesn't wake up the customer. They used the fan after one eye was done which woke me up, and then took another 45 mins to finish the other eye. Basically was lying on the bed for close to an hour fidgeting, waiting for them to finish. The prices are very reasonable so that's a plus but they can't be spending two hours on each customer - not sustainable. read more

I've had my lashes done about two times before this. I seen this deal on livingsocial for a full set & a two week refill. Unfortunately I don't have a photo of when I first got them done because I was rushing around all that day and week. But here I am about to go get my refill two weeks later and I still have a decent amount of lashes hanging on. And that's good because I was on vacation in salt water getting it on my face for 4 days straight. Not to mention getting them wet in the shower & washing my face etc.. not too shabby. I'll add a picture of how they look how and after I get my refill! The three stars are because I don't think they're mink lashes. They feel a synthetic. read more

I Love Lash - Before getting the refill. - Eyelash Service Near Me - New York, New York

Pretty good, the staff is friendly and honors appointments in a timely manner. The studio is small but clean with 3-4 technicians. I picked up a Groupon for a full set and a two week re-fill and the lashes lasted the whole two weeks and I am getting ready to go for a refill. My eyelashes came out nicely and full without irritation (but I have been getting my eyelashes done on and off for 2-3 years so I am used to it). I would return even without a Groupon, their prices are pretty decent and have a frequent reward card. Best way to get an appointment is probably through yelp -- they respond quickly. read more

It was my first time getting lashes done and I made the right choice coming here. Their prices are very reasonable and the technicians are so helpful and nice. Highly recommend this place read more

It was my first time at I love Lash. There was not much review on the yelp and I was not sure at the beginning, however, I satisfied with their service. It has been only 3 days but none of lash fell off. Staffs were kind and caring. Highly recommend read more

Still going here and love them! I get compliments left and right! My lashes stay on. They girls do a amazing job.

I got the full set of lash extensions and just after 12 hours the lashes started falling off. It's been two weeks now and there's only a few lashes hanging on. This is probably the worst lash job I've gotten in a while. I left one star because the service is decent - the staff was really nice but it seems like they're a bit new? The technician had a habit of leaning on the eye that she just completed while trying to work on the other eye. So I'm not surprised that they all fell off quick. Really wanted to like this place because it's such a convenient location but definitely not impressed. read more

It's a RIP OFF !! They suck you in at first then use less product once you come for refills ! Very money hungry ! I was suppose to have 90 lashes per eye. I look like I have 30 per eye .. Don't get caught up! If I can I will insert a picture. read more

I can tell I fall in love this place!!! I do eyelashes here I come back three times and it's so perfect. The staffs are nice and warm welcome. They explain and give me the chart of eyelash style ( curl, thick, length) so I can choose what I want and it's so gorgeous. read more

I've gotten a full set and a refill here (thanks Groupon!) with Li Li and cannot speak more highly of their service and work. The price is unbeatable in NYC and their kindness unmatched. Highly recommend. read more

Love, love, love my lashes! I'm writing this review as I just left his place from getting my lashes done My friend recently came here to get her lashes done and I liked how they came out. What I liked even more was the PRICE! I'm no rookie to the false lash game as I've been going to a place not to far from here paying way more money. Don't get me wrong they do some good lashes too but I was in search of a more affordable place that the price "allows" you to keep up with the refilling every 2wks and let's just say that place wasn't it (for me at least) . Apon arriving the staff was friendly , I was greeted as soon as I walked into the studio and asked my name. I gave her my name and she told me to have a seat and fill out a form. The form were basic questions name , address, how did you hear about them, any allergies etc. after the form was filled she asked me if Ive had my lashes done before which I stated I did. She showed me a paper which had the different lengths, styles and thickness of lashes to choose from .. I went with the cat eye style 11-13mm .15 thickness 120 lashes. She told me that it would take 1 hr which actually it took 2 ‍. Angela was my lash tech, she took her tyme doing my lashes and during the process made sure I was okay and comfortable. After everything was finished I was very pleased with what I saw. My lashes look natural and they were the perfect look! I would definitely come back to this place and get my lashes done.... now to see how they hold up on vacation in the Bahamas Also I was able to apply the yelp $10 off check in on top of their 50% off promotion.. I was even given another 50% off services coupon too ... can we say winning! read more

First time doing eyelash extensions and I love them! I did the sexy look with the c curl, a length of 12 mm and I love the way it looks! It still looks natural to me but a little dramatic. I can't even tell I have the eyelash extensions on! I actually fell asleep while they were putting the extensions on which took about a hour. The workers were very friendly. read more

The lashes look nice , however it took her 1 and 40 min and I had to stop her before she finished. They really should let the customer know ahead of time that it will take almost 2 hours to complete your lashes read more

i got the 90 lashes deal, but i'm pretty sure i received less than that. upon closer inspection when i got home, i saw that many of the lashes on my left eye were placed on carelessly and were nowhere near my lashline (even though it took the technician almost 2 hours to do my lashes)- and that night, 5 lash extensions already fell off. it hasn't been 2 weeks yet and 85% of the extensions are gone. read more

Honestly this was subpar place. I bought a voucher and went in and told the lady what I wanted. Showed a pic from yelp and everything. The whole thing only took an hour and my lashes don't look great. They aren't what I wanted at all and I spent $50. I won't be returning. read more

I first came here with a Groupon in March 2018. I paid an extra $20 for eclipse lashes (the flat ones). It was worth it, they felt like nothing, looked great, and could have lasted probably 2 months without a touch up. Because I loved them so much I wanted to come back here to get a touch up but the company had changed hands since then, and their phone number has changed. So I went in physically to make an appointment (the phone number here is correct now). The previous owner really knew her lashes then would tell the techs what to do... The new owner is just more of a salesman. The tech I had didn't know what eclipes lashes were and didn't think they had it but another tech was going to get it while she prepped me first. There progress was comfortable, the lashes looked great but I had a feeling they weren't eclipse but the tech didn't say anything and the extra $20 was still added to my bill. It been a couple days now and I'm sure they were normal extensions. They are heavier, they fall out at the normal rate, take longer to dry, they get turned upside down easier, and in general you feel them more. For the people that have always gotten normal extensions this is normal, and don't get me wrong they still look good 1 week after touch up, you need to be careful and brush out your lashes day and night (something I never had to do with eclipse lashes as the don't flip upside-down). But I've been spoiled by higher quality lashes for the same price at the same establishment. They are not bad but not great. I'll be getting my lashes done else where. read more

Staff at the desk was very welcoming and friendly. I been here two times and been very pleased with the outcome of my lash extensions. Very nice place. Salon is very clean and staff is efficient. Love my lashes!!! Will definitely return.

Do not go there, do not waste your money, your nerves or time. I just walked out of I Love Lash extremely disappointed and upset. I wasted my day by commuting into midtown. First, after the first time I got them done most of my eyelashes fell out right away. I called them two days later and was offered to come and get them fixed free of charge. I have gotten eyelashes before and the technician that did them the first time made them really crunchy with glue (used too much glue) the second time a different employee fixed them, they were fine. I called this week to make an appointment for a new set/refill the gentleman on the phone said it's going to be 50 dollars. I said ok, I have a 50 percent off card. The card was given to me the first time and it clearly says 50 % off all The prices on the back. So I came in today the girl at the front counter tells me that's it's 79 and it's not 50% off while on the computer she had up in the notes it's said $50. And she acted all confused and wouldn't pull the screen up. The lashes aren't that great, rather buying a coupon from Groupon buy it from Maison de lash or any other eyelash spots.
