With a small pain killer and numbing cream - I felt no discomfort or pain. Maybe a little warm. The warm feeling remained for - few hours but soon after disappeared. For 2 days I was a little red. Nothing you cannot hide with a little foundation. Then my skin dried a little and was a little flaky for 2 days. After this I can see already smoothness ;) Today I went to the salon and got the new treatment called Silk Peel - dermal infusion ! Amazing !! Got rid of all my dry skin and it glows!!! Fatima took care of my skin today and she has angel hands. I have found my skin fairies :) They are so knowledgeable and are using the latest techniques available to slow down the age process and take care of your skin :) I love them ! When you walk in, you lay down on a bed and she goes to work. She started with cleansing the face then steam, extractions and then lastly a 20 minute mask that pretty much puts you to sleep. Once the swelling went down, the line and bags under my eyes were still visible it essentially just moved the bag higher on my face. The results were not what I expected or discussed. While the staff was very nice, I was surprised to later find out that I was charged $900 instead of the $600 I thought I'd agreed to. I would not have paid that amount for such minimal results and a lip flip that didn't make any noticeable difference. I also reached out to the office afterward to express my concerns. I received a call from the NYC location and was told someone from Larchmont would follow up with me, but no one ever did. It's been over two months and I still haven't heard back. Overall, I'm really disappointed with both the outcome and the lack of follow-up. The service did not meet expectations, and I wouldn't return based on my experience.

Its a tattoo though so it would be silly not to expect pain. Regardless, the pain was worth it and so was the week of super exaggerated eyebrows before the brows healed. Its funny, none of my friends and family noticed unless I pointed it out. I had two drag queens tell me that my brows were laid :) After about 4-5 days my brows started to itch and flake. By the end of the week i had amazingly natural looking brows. I didnt opt to get a retouch since I'm happy with my brows as is, but I'll definitely return for one when its needed. The only negative is that the location and set up of the spa can be slightly intimidating. There were ppl walking in and out of the room sometimes which could be weird for someone else, but it seems like the spa is like a family and everyone is comfortable there. I loved that once I was done everyone told me how great my brows looked and eased my anxiety about how swollen they looked at first. Sheina knows her eyebrows! She gave me exactly what I asked for and I couldn't be happier. The male receptionist was also wonderful. He answered all of my questions prior to making my appointment with alot of patience.
