Scheduling was off the bat a bit strange, asking for me to "come now" even though I scheduled for after my work hours. This interchange happened a couple times. 2. Came from a friend referral who also had a bad first time exp. She now has her lashes done by another tech called Joyce. 3. Accommodative as I showed up 10 min late, thank you. Price of my lashes was decreased after they said they couldn't use all 80 lashes to be applied. 4. Legit took 1.5 hours for the tech to do one eye. And 20 min for the other eye resulting in the eye having extensions that were sparse. 5. I asked for a cat eye and they gave me mounds on my eye lol. 6. Their AC was broken and there seemingly was no ventilation. It was very uncomfortable and I had to slowly move the blanket off me throughout. I actually wanted to leave halfway since I was so uncomfy but my lashes would've be en incomplete. 7. Many lashes fell off when I got back home. 8. Even though I have few lashes and they responded though text this is why it looks bad doesn't have any correlation to why the shape is wrong and for the sparseness. TLDR: longest lash application and most uncomfortable feeling ever, and I get my lashes done a lot. About 10 lashes fell off when I got back home. Lash tech might've been new. The business owner is rude, she likes to criticize my oily skin and hair while her staff worked on my eyelashes extension. The reason of her criticism is to sell her other hair/skin products. She sold "Grande eyelash serum" for $95 to me while it is currently $65 at Sephora! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Someone needs to report her to flushing city hall for such an unethical business owner. The only reason giving one star is the eyelash extension skill which is comparable to the same service I had in Taiwan.

And the staff is pretty accommodating in terms of making appointments and rescheduling when needed. For Botox, I have never had any issues and always see results in about 3-5 days. I am sure anyone doing your Botox is great but Amanda is fantastic and I have seen her for years. Project Glammers also offers complimentary Botox touch-ups which is much appreciated. As far as facials go, Genesis is a QUEEN. She goes above and beyond to customize your facials and make you feel comfortable. She doesn't try to sell you on anything you do not need but does provide recommendations for additional areas to improve. I have also been trying facial skin tightening with Genesis and at this point, I see her more often than my friends lol. Lastly I have tried under eye filler with Dr. Gladstein. The virtual consultation was amazing, you really felt like she actually cared and was not just trying to check a box before the procedure. The procedure itself was quick, painless (although may make you a little queasy) and I left without a single bruise or mark on my face. Overall I would highly recommend Project Glammers for any facial or body enhancement you are looking for. You can trust everyone here and will see great results.

I learned from my sessions that I over plucked over the years, especially the ends - one of my eyebrows is longer than the other, thanks to my obsessive plucking. What an idiot move on my part. Although I prefer to leave the grooming to them, these ladies show me how to shape, clean up and fill in for outstanding results every time.
