He took 1/2 down in cash to start the project of replace and fixing an 8 zone sprinkler system that was damaged (as to be expected) during an installation of an in ground pool. He worked about 2 hours max and has never come back after repeated excuses from him the past month. Our yard is torn up by him, his crap laying all over and we had to cancel our landscape project because the sprinkler needed to be fixed prior to the new landscape. The latest was him yelling at my husband for not being understanding that his uncle had died and one of his machines wasn't working, sound familiar? THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED and we will do what it takes to hold this man accountable for all the money he stole from hard working families.

I have wasted so much time waiting for him. I should have trusted my instinct. Since Day One he was hours late. It has not improved over time. Now it's the end of the season and I'll have to scramble to find a company who is picking up new clients. He was supposed to be here yesterday at 10:00. I texted him at 10:20 to ask his ETA. He responded at 10:25 that his compressor was having problems and was having it fixed. I texted him at 10:41 to ask if I was his next stop (he was due here at 10:00) No answer. I texted him at 12:13 and asked if he could do tomorrow (today) between 3-5. He responded he could. It is now 4:32. I texted him to ask his ETA. He responded he can't be here at 5, but could come at 6:30. Ayyyy yi yi, Save yourself a lot of aggravation - he's unreliable. I am moving on.

It lifted the cover off and chopped up and mangled the wires inside. It was a real mess. Garden Time really helped us out. They squeezed us into their busy schedule closing down systems for the winter for their regular customers. The Garden Time representative was unsure if he could help us out when he saw the state of the control box, but he was persistent. He figured the puzzle out and got all stations going again. I was anxious to blow out the sprinklers before the imminent freeze. The price was quite reasonable. I know who I will call if I need service in the future.

I asked him for a business card to formally complain. He said he didnt have a card and told me to "take a picture of my truck, who are you going to complain to? I am the owner."
