Rolfing® is an advanced form of bodywork that initiates and supports the transformation of the body and its connection to health, spirit, and satisfaction in life. While Rolfing is known for its effects on the body, including permanent improvement to posture, and relief of pain, Rolfing is ultimately about something deeper - it is about evolving the body and its capacity for stress, happiness, movement, and freedom.
The clearer the Rolfer™ you work with is about this, the deeper they will see into the evolving human spirit beneath your accumulated habits, tensions, perceptions, attitudes, and emotions. The goal of all Rolfers is to bring clients to their next available level of integration, but different Rolfers vary in their capacity to help you.

Meet the Business Owner: Kian F.
Over 50 years ago Dr. Ida P. Rolf created Rolfing Structural Integration as a form of bodywork that reorganizes the connective tissues, called fascia, into patterns that permanently change posture and relieve pain.
Dr. Rolf's method is based on the fact that the body is a system of interconnected networks of tissues rather than a collection of separate parts. Rolfing Structural Integration manipulates these complex connective tissues to release.
Kian Fallahi works with clients to optimize posture, end chronic back, shoulder, neck and hip pain, rehabilitate, and accelerate personal development. Using deep pressure and movement Rolfing unrestricts muscles, bones, and viscera from dysfunctional patterns and resets the body's alignment with gravity.
