I first contacted Denny back in July and my wedding was at the end of October. He replied very quickly and was super polite and helpful. He even gave me a courtesy follow up message a few days later to check up on how my search was coming along. He also made sure to ask if I had any questions for him and was very good at communicating with me the entire time. Denny handled business very well. He was always there to answer any phone calls and emails. Always responded in a prompt and courteous manner. The first time we spoke on the phone, he covered absolutely everything and even helped me with any questions I had regarding weddings as I've only been to a few. He was terrific at explaining things to me and making sure I understood! Denny is a true professional and it is evident that he loves what he does. I really appreciated that he checked in on how things we going for me and how my planning was coming along. As I said before, he is an absolute PRO at communicating and making sure your day is perfect! I've never dealt with someone who is so focused on making sure the customer is happy! The weeks leading up to the wedding, Denny asked me how things were going and I told him we were running into a few issues and that I was scared to get married. He reassured me that things were going to be okay and that it's natural to be a little scared!! I would consider him as a good friend, not just someone I hired. It kinda makes me a little sad that our journey together is all over because I just loved working with him that much! The day of my wedding he arrived at the venue early enough to get everything set up and even talked to me and my family as we were getting ready!! When the ceremony was over and all my guest came inside, he played some very lovely dinner music that set a nice vibe and added to the overall ambiance. When it was time to cut the cake and do all the fun stuff (please do all the fun things he suggests! You will love it!) Denny was very good at announcing to everyone what was happening. After all the fun, the music he played was exactly what I wanted. The kids loved all the fun upbeat songs! I wanted party and dance music and that's exactly what was played. My guests had a wonderful time dancing to all the great songs and so did we. He even granted a few special request songs my guests had. He has a skillful way of getting everyone on the dance floor, including my aunt; whom ambulates with the assistance of a walker. He also provided music for the ceremony and everything was on point!! There were times that music was required and we overlooked this but his choice of music in those instances were fitting and we are ever so grateful. Shawn provided the sound for our ceremony, lighting for the reception tent and DJ services. Our ceremony was originally planned for the outdoor Oliver Gardens, but was moved indoors at the last minute due to the cold and rain. The sound was provided for the string quartets, our officiant and readers. Despite the last minute change, everything was perfect. The lighting provided for the tent was beautiful and really added to the atmosphere. We requested Shawn as our DJ since he was highly recommended by several people and he did an amazing job. We met with him prior to the wedding to discuss the music and he had some great recommendations that worked perfectly. He kept things moving all night and the dance floor filled. He's able to read the crowd and keep a festive atmosphere. He also handled a very wide variety of requests from our guests. Definitely no need to look elsewhere - ProShow is as good as it gets!
