They say they also do pressure washing, according to their Groupon. They offer a Groupon at $31 for…read morea vertical pressure wash of 1,000sq ft. I tried to use my voucher but they increased the price to $720! I wanted one side of my home pressure washed (it's 1 story and under 2,000sq ft) and when they arrived they pointed out that the Groupon was for one side but it requires you to have at least two sides done. Fair enough. So I asked for a quote for the additional side. They said the additional side of my small 1 story house was $720?! That's INSANE. So basically I either lose the $31 I paid for the Groupon OR I pay them $720 for "the additional side". I looked online and many places would do my whole house for that price. This was ABSOLUTELY a bait and switch scam. When I said: look, I really just want this one side, maybe we can come to an agreement. They then said: $620 for the one side. I said: you know what? I'll just do it myself. They left. And then called me and said: $499 for both sides. I told them no thank you. Then the guy said: okay my manager will be calling you. But that manager NEVER called me. So I paid $31 for nothing. No service. It seems like a massive scam to me! Ultimately, I bought an extender to my pressure washer and I was able to do two sides in under 4 hours. And I have zero experience with pressure washing the side of a house. This place is horrible. Do NOT use them. I have emailed Groupon to express my concerns. If they had given me a reasonable price to begin with or refunded my Groupon when I didn't have them perform a service, that would be one thing. But taking my money and walking away... that's not okay.

Disappointing Experience -- Customer Questions Seem Unwelcome…read more Well, Max initially communicated with us by email and seemed like a friendly sort of chap. After a few exchanges, we were handed over to Peter, who was equally friendly at first. Rather than coming out to inspect the property, they provide a basic quote based on Google Maps. We answered their questions and asked a few of our own. After several more days of correspondence, Peter informed us that they had a particular way of doing things and, apparently, our job wasn't a fit for their service. All we wanted was to have our gutters cleaned. We didn't want the roof cleaned, anyone walking on the roof, our downspouts disturbed, or our underground drainage pipes damaged. Nor did we want downspouts carelessly plugged with a blower, or the downspouts simply ignored altogether. I've personally maintained these gutters for 35 years, but at 72, I'm no longer keen on crawling around 30 feet off the ground. Having done the job myself for so long, I know what matters to us: attention to detail, care for the property, and integrity. We were polite and patient throughout the exchange. We simply wanted to understand their methods and make sure our concerns were understood before hiring them. Unfortunately, our questions seemed to wear out their patience before we ever got to the point of scheduling a job. Apparently, asking too many questions is enough to get shown the door. In hindsight, I'm glad we discovered this before hiring them rather than afterward. We want a service provider who welcomes reasonable questions and takes pride in doing the job properly. It seems this wasn't the right fit for either party. Good luck to them!
