Thanks to the everlasting and ever present construction here in the valley of traffic cones my car…read morepicked up a screw in the space between the tread blocks causing a slow leak. (If the screw would have been in the tread itself, it would not caused a leak) . So I made an appointment on line and dragged my achy old back down there this morning . The Manager (Daniel?) told me a tech would look at the tires and place a patch for the repair. (They don't plug tires as they said that is more of a quick temporary repair). I said fine and I sat in the waiting area . About ten, maybe fifteen minutes later, they bring my car up and tell me it's finished. (They also checked and added air where needed for the other three tires). Total charge was $41.85. The itemized bill included balancing, the actual repair and a new TPMS stem kit. (I knew what the charge would be beforehand and it seemed reasonable . ( I guess the balancing and stem replacement are more preventative than actually 100% necessary but since the car hadn't been aligned and the tires are more than a couple years old , seemed like a valid expense). The back of the invoice stated that there is a lifetime warranty on the flat repair, I guess that means the patch etc. which seems fair. So all in all, quick and courteous and professional service which of course seems to be a dying art nowadays. No military discount available, but I'll still gladly give them a five star review! Well done!

I have been bringing my vehicles to this location for routine maintenance and occasional repairs…read moreover the past two years. Most recently, in July, I came in for a standard oil change, during which the team discovered that the radiator fan was loose, along with several other potential issues. I agreed to the necessary repairs, as I have always trusted that they have my best interests at heart. After picking up my vehicle a few days later, we noticed that the AC was not blowing cold air, and the steering wheel shook significantly when accelerating on the freeway. I returned to have these issues addressed, but the team struggled to identify the root cause. Eventually, it was revealed that an incorrect compressor had been installed previously because my vehicle was not categorized correctly in their system due to its diesel transmission. They worked to remedy it by installing the correct compressor at no charge, but unfortunately, this led to a domino effect of further issues. I followed up regularly on the status of the repairs, and after nearly three weeks, I was finally able to pick up my vehicle again. However, just two weeks later, while driving on the freeway, the steering wheel shook once more. Upon exiting, the vehicle struggled to exceed 10 miles per hour without severe shaking, and the tire pressure light indicated low pressure, despite there being no visible flat. The tow truck driver we ended up contacting came to tow my vehicle. As he loaded it on the ramp we discovered a large bubble on the front passenger tire, which explained the shaking. I tried to remain patient and considered returning to Tire Choice to resolve these issues, but this experience was the last straw. Regrettably, I decided to part ways with my vehicle, as it was no longer worth the ongoing struggle. My trust in repairs shops were now non existent. It's disheartening that I had brought all three of my vehicles here over the past two years. I do appreciate Danny and Ethan for their communication throughout the process and I understand it may have orignated with previous management. However, I can no longer return, as my family's safety has been compromised multiple times under their scope in just the last month--a risk I cannot take. I wish them the best of luck with future clients.

This place is THE place to take your car for repairs. We're new to Las Vegas and my AC went out mid…read moreJuly, need I say more? I drove to several well known places including Carmax, Pep Boys and Jiffy Lube trying to get it fixed. One place told me they have an appointment for August 21! I saw Quick Lane on my way to one of those places and circled back. I met Brenda at the front desk and she was absolutely amazing! She had someone (Josh) take my car in right away. He asked me questions about when the problem started and what I was experiencing. He said he would start with a recharge to see if that would get my AC back up and running. He came back and broke the news to me gently that it wasn't working and that my compressor was bad and would need to be replaced. (One of the other places told me that too but the price they gave me was so ridiculous I left without even thinking twice about getting it done there). So, I talked with Brenda and made arrangements to have it done the next day. She quoted me a price that was $600.00 less than one of the other places mentioned above who were throwing in a wheel alignment, tire rotation and a bunch of other things I didn't need (probably try to justify their price). I didn't get any of that at Quick Lane. They were straightforward, honest, and fair. And not just with me. I waited there while they fixed my car so I got to see them work with a variety of customers and they were so kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. My AC is working so good I have to keep turning it down! They are now our Las Vegas car repair shop from this day forward! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

The car is on a lift, a mechanic holding an impact gun and the mechanic is saying that the gun caused a wheel stud to snap off. Second mechanic then proceeds to say "I wouldn't worry about safety, you're on 4 out of 5 studs. Do you want to pay another 120 or just leave it how it is?" I tell him i'll just leave because I had work in about an hour or so. I call back a week later trying to get ahold of the manager to tell him what happened and try and get this repaired for free. I tell him, he asks the two mechanics that were doing my tire swap that day, and they lie, saying that the damage was done with a torque wrench, not an impact gun. This matters because they say that the torque wrench can snap a wheel stud off when it's already damaged or cracked. I tell the manager thats not true, and he even told me that they use the gun while its still on the lift to get the lug nuts in place, then lower it onto the ground and use the torque wrench there. Well my vehicle was still on the lift when it broke off, so theres a pretty apparent lie there. He tells me to come in and they'll repair it for free. I show up and the mechanics on the job that day are still denying snapping the stud off with a gun. They also do not have any cameras in the shop area, so you could never be certain whether they're lying or not. Not only that, but i had a relative who worked here ages ago. They told me they're a shady place but i decided to take my chances. I shouldn't have come here. TLDR: Mechanics broke something then lied about it, manager offered to fix it for free, but I would not go here seeing how the mechanics are. Take your car to firestone instead.
