The lobster was super fresh, perfectly seasoned and the vegetables and coulis served with it incredibly tasty. The seabass might be ky favorite dish. The sauce served with it is incredible: it is light and super flavorful and works remarkably well with the beans and spinach. The decor is amazing and service impeccable. I had gone to 4 michelin star restaurants the days before coming here and I think I prefered this dining over all 4. The only thing I'd skip is the soufflé which was below average.

This restaurant is situated in Gassin, one of the (officially) prettiest villages in Francce. The…read moreviews are superb. The restaurant has an air of being chic but it really just is expensive for food of low quality. My main dish was a 24euro, this fish filet must have weighed like 100g and was accompanied by some white beans, no potato, no french fries no other veggies. The bouillabaise was just SAD. It contained 5 tiny mussels, and that was all the sea food, no other fish of crustaceae. We left after our main dish, not wanting to pay too much for dessert as well. Don't go here because it just looks good, you still want nice food for your 120euros.

We bought a decent bottle of wine (fortunately not the more expensive type we usually get). As soon as your time is up, they kick you out and do not let you go with unfinished bottle to bar to enjoy. On the other end, they send you an aggressive crackhead managed to kick you out... Even in Miami, they do not treat you like that.

I am deeply offended and disappointed by my experience at le cafe. Considering there is an active…read morewar and genocide taking place in Gaza- it was incredibly disrespectful and insensitive for them to play multiple Israeli songs, completely ignoring how offensive and hurtful that is especially to any Palestinians and Arabs dining there. Playing Israeli songs during this time makes it political. A restaurant is supposed to be a place to enjoy good food and relax, not somewhere that pushes political statements or stirs up pain for certain communities. It was shocking to see such a blatant lack of awareness and basic respect. I will not be returning, and I would caution anyone who values decency and sensitivity against supporting a place that shows so little consideration for their guests.

Leisurely and laid back with attentive waitstaff, food is alright, there's better in St. Trop, but the atmosphere is lively and the venue is worth the prices. Reasonable prices for wines.

This small luxury hotel, right in the heart of the old town, is one of St Tropez's hidden gems…read more Built around a vine covered courtyard garden at the rear that's dominated by a large swimming pool - which seems to have been placed there primarily for the ambience it adds to the setting - and with tables dotted around it on various levels where you can take drinks or an evening meal, Le Yaca is an "oasis of calm" in what can be a very busy place. The rooms, all of which are different, are well appointed and the best are those overlooking the courtyard - ask when booking. Breakfast around the pool is a wonderfully relaxing experience before setting out to sample the town's delights, which start right outside its front door - everything that you'll want to see is just a short walk away. Expensive, very different to St Tropez's more famous hotels & restaurants, but definitely worth the money.

Low quality hotel masquerading as a 5-star stay. Expect check-in no earlier than 4pm (zero…read moreexceptions), to be woken up by constant noises from the cleaning staff beginning at 8am, and for the concierge (Mohammed) to provide zero reservations for your entire stay. The room was mediocre at best, though pool and facilities were shockingly dirty. Ensure to double check your bill for incorrect charges that they try to slip by prior check out (ex. 100 EUR parking fees despite not having a car). This was easily the worst place we have stayed when visiting the south of France. We would recommend staying at a more legitimate/reputable establishment that can offer better service and a less stressful experience. Do not stay here if you expect any help with beach club reservations, as you will have to make those accommodations yourself, despite following up with Mohammed on several occasions. 1/5 dump.

Nevertheless, I got to try something from this local "landmark" for breakfast while touring. Looking at the other locations, this one seems a bit smaller but it had an eclectic variety of treats. There's not much one might feel like having in the morning especially without egg in it. I settled for one pain au chocolat (square croissant with chocolate chips - 1.10 Euro), one regular croissant (1.00 Euro), and a hot chocolate. Definitely better than their McDonalds counterparts and if only I could have spent more time eating pastries, I would have!
