I wanted a super natural look, and the girls worked hard to figure out the right color and timing (when to shower, wash my hands, etc.) to get it right for my wedding. Apparently this also opted me out of receiving any human communication whatsoever, because instead of an appointment reminder, I received a collections notice. Bold strategy. When I called to ask for an exception, I was promised a callback. No callback came. Another collections notice did, though. Called again, went back and forth with the accounting manager, I offered to send a screenshot proving no call had ever been made to me. Total indifference and saying they had records a call was made. The care used to be genuinely great, which makes this all the more disappointing. The vibe here has changed, and not for the better. It's a real shame.
