I've been training with Vinn Reddy twice a week at my home for over four years now. The results…read morehave been life altering. Vinn has a deep understanding of fitness and nutrition. His professionalism and ability to customize every workout to my needs makes him stand out from other trainers. He doesn't just show up with a routine that most trainers would follow. He creates a program that's tailored to me and constantly adjusts it based on my progress, needs, and feedback. What sets Vinn apart is how he factors in my weekly activities, sports, any issues I'm dealing with, and then creates workouts that incorporate all that. He mixes it up and keeps things engaging. He also explains the reasoning behind each plan and how it ties into my goals. It's helped me with weight loss, toning, or improving performance in the sports I play. He also talks to me about nutrition, injury prevention, and overall wellness. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and helping them achieve their goals. If you're looking for a personal trainer who is knowledgeable, motivating, and completely invested in your success, I recommend Vinn! I initially signed up thinking it was temporary to help me get on track. Over four years later I couldn't imagine working out without his guidance. He'll come up with a program that's customized for you.

We realized they needed a tailored approach to get stronger and healthier--and Vinn delivered exactly that. He created a private, supportive environment where my parents felt completely comfortable. It was just the three of them, and he paid close attention to their individual fitness levels, designing workouts that challenged them without overwhelming them. The balance he struck was perfect, allowing both my mom and dad to improve at their own pace while working out together. The results have been incredible. Their energy levels have noticeably improved, and they're much more active and confident now. Best of all, we've been able to enjoy activities like hiking as a family again, which wouldn't have been possible before. If you're looking for a personal trainer who is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about helping people reach their goals, Vinn is the one. Highly recommend!

Folks.... I've been with this gym for years... I had a complaint about the people who work in the…read moreClifton location, which is still unresolved. Parsippany is my main location that collects my payment. But as of recent I think it's time to move on from this gym facility. Bad enough the sauna is always not working, the rest rooms are always nasty. They don't carry towels for purchase. They run out of preworkout. The females that are upstairs watching the children aren't on the friendly side. But even after all of this I still pay my membership fee, purchase water, preworkout and at times try to purchase towels because I'm always on the go for work. But today took the cake.... The female is the kids room called and said my child wanted to leave. This call came 10 minutes before she was about to close. So I decided to to take my child with me I was finishing my workout ( which I have to complete my workout because I'm a Diabetic and my life depends on my schedule) I sat my child out of the way, right in front of me. I was working out and the employee walks over and tell me I have to leave because I have my child with me. I looked that them and tried to tell them I will just let me finish my last 2 sets. She then insisted on me leaving, in which I said "ok" very angered because every situation is different. But for them to always be pushy about th time for the kids to leave and giving us a. 2 hour time limit for you to take your child and leave. This isn't professional or considerate because pushing people to hurry their workout up or else they have to go. Especially since according to the human body for a diabetic it takes at least 35/45 minutes during/after cardio for there sugar levels to stabilize/drop to normal which would possibly leave me a hour left to workout which isn't enough time. As I have paid for other day gym passes and have had my child with me, they extended the opportunity to me just as long as I took responsibility for her and she stayed out of the way especially since my disability seems I need to workout extensively ( which is stretching, loosening up my shoulder joints and left foot since I've had serious surgery on those parts of my body) Folks I say all this to say unless this place becomes more kid friendly ( kids room open longer for parents) or make sure inventory is full at all times. I will be taking my money elsewhere and you should too! It isn't disability friendly or really kid friendly.

Crunch Fitness is a solid chain gym with a very reasonable monthly rate. The staff is friendly, and…read morethe equipment is well-maintained and clean. They offer a variety of fun classes like Zumba, yoga, and HIIT, which is a nice perk. It can get crowded during after-work hours, but that's expected. One suggestion--add a picture of Arnold in the free weight section for some extra motivation and to liven up the muted decor--haha! Overall, a great value for what you get.

Garbage, empty water bottles, and paper towels were scattered all over the weight room floor. The floor looks like it has never been mopped before and there is also visible dirt and dust everywhere on the mats. The women's locker room was also disgusting; I opened a locker to find an unidentifiable chalk/ salt looking substance scattered all over the locker! Too dirty to even leave my things in the locker. Also, there is a very limited selection of free weights less than 15 lbs

Most recently, this past year, they probably got some change in management, because the place has been amazing! I come here even for the boxing conditioning classes every week and never had a problem with the trainers. When it comes to injuries and fixing my sciatica, an issue I have had over the past five years, I recommend seeing Hope. UFC Fit definitely takes pride in hiring passionate and considerate trainers. Hope has done nothing but ensure that my priorities are met and always takes the time to hear me out and make me feel a lot better! As for their customer service, I always go to Chris for an issue, one of the operations manager of the gym. I have had concerns this past year in regards to the cleanliness of the establishment and he has always made sure my needs are met. And if anyone is interested in getting a membership, Chris is the man to go to! Love this gym and would never imagine myself switching!
