We worked on a plan and it was up to them to execute the plan. At the last minute I decided to use Sonance in-wall speakers instead of what I had bought, so some tweaking was done in the process. No problem. (By the way the Sonance speakers made all the difference in sound and especially look) ResAv did all the custom wiring. In some cases it was difficult. My crawl space is not small, but not large either. They installed the connections to the receiver. No problem. The result is a clean looking and superb sounding A/V system ready to handle anything I throw at it. Over the three years they have always been there for information, consulting, and on-site when I need for that to happen. Pricing is competitive. In an industry where you usually don't get what you pay for, you can count on that with ResAv. They are honest, hard-working, creative, and VERY knowledgeable people. Update: They called me back today and were apologetic about not getting back to me. Apparently the change in weather has them really busy. They talked to me about my options for adding a second tesla charger and what they offered seemed to be quite a bit better for about the same price as what another electrician had in mind. They also seemed to have taken good notes on the job they did for me 3 years ago because they sounded familiar with my current setup.
