I get OTC items at the pharmacy so I can use my HSA/FSA card (HSA/FSA card only accepted at the pharmacy register for OTC items). I asked the lady behind the register to bag up my OTC items & she said no that I can just show my receipt at the door. I don't think she realizes I would have to bypass the main registers with my items before heading towards the door. It made me feel awkward walking pass the registers with all my OTC items lol. They prolly think I didn't pay lol. Usually, the person behind the pharmacy counter brown bags all items purchased from that register which that was done every time prior to this particular day. Next time, I will make sure they get in the brown bag so I'm don't have to hassle with the folks at the main registers. My brother is a pharmacist at a different Costco & when I told him about my OTC purchase not bagged... he told me that the pharmacy clerk should have brown bagged my OTC items purchased there. To next time make sure it's bagged. The tire center is spectacular!!! I've had all my vehicles serviced here & other Costcos with new tires. Very reliable tire center they know a lot about cars too. Saved close to $400 on new tires here instead of the car dealership.

**Title:** Product-number change and missing bowl cover resulted in a $120 loss…read more I returned a KitchenAid mixer to Costco because it did not function properly. I then purchased what appeared to be the same mixer. The replacement had a different product number, but the mixer and the rest of the contents were otherwise the same. During the return, Costco removed the $100 discount from my original transaction. That discount was not honored when I purchased the replacement. The replacement box also did not contain the bowl cover that was included with the original product. Because the bowl cover was missing, I now have to purchase it separately. Between the lost $100 discount and the cost of replacing the bowl cover, my transaction leaves me approximately $120 worse off than when I began. This raises a serious concern about whether removing one component and assigning a different product number allowed the replacement to be treated as a different product, while I absorbed the lost discount and the cost of the missing part. I believe this is by design and is a deceptive practice and deserves this bad review. Beyond lugging the product back to the store, there is no way I should come out worse in this situation.

I was just there this evening and I got there at 9:45 to all of the doors being locked. If you cannot manage to run a business 24 hours, do not have the hours listed as 24 hours! This is honestly the worst gas station in Pinellas County. I would avoid it at all costs! They are supposed to be called convenience stores, there is absolutely nothing convenient about stopping there and having to leave because they are closed. What a waste of time. They should've put a WAWA here instead! Wawa blows race track out of the water!!

I made an appointment in person and was assured they had the right lifts and capabilities. Came in a day later, and 45 minutes after dropping the car off, I got a call back. "How do you take off the hub caps?" Huh? Did they even look it up? Apparently not, so I found a video... I have these 20" wheels. I showed the tire tech. They suggested a flathead screwdriver, but they used one that was bent for prying. "Oh, that's a special tool, and we don't have one." Ugh. ‍ He went back to try again but failed, saying he didn't want to break anything, and there was no one to help. Ugh. I know Teslas are "different", but a hub cap is a pretty basic thing for a tire tech to be able to handle??? I'll try another Sam's or Costco tomorrow. Ugh. Maybe I should remove them myself? Ugh. I suppose people are tire techs at 40 or so for a reason. Ugh.

PH Pharmacy had many open appointment times that were convenient for me and made the process quick and easy. I booked the test appointment online and provided the payment card. All fees were disclosed and explained on the website. When I arrived I stayed in my car per instructions and called the pharmacy to let them know we had arrived. The pharmacist came out with the test and was very polite and caring towards my 9 year old daughter, also tried to be as gentle as she could while swabbing her nose. I was handed my receipt and told that I didn't have to wait there if I didn't want to. They called me and emailed my daughters results. I am not sure how they handle positive cases as my daughter was negative and didn't need much more info beyond that result. I'm sure the pharmacist would provide any additional information needed for people who test positive. I liked that PH Pharmacy had a rapid PCR test that only took 40 minutes to get the lab results. Many other places only have the rapid antigen test which is less reliable.
