Purchased a water dispenser for the house since we were continuously purchasing alkaline waters to help stomach issues and found Hydrohub. They seemed to know a lot about water and am so happy we have a place like this in town. The venture is around 30 minutes for me, but I think it's worth the hike. I can fill my 5 gallon jug for $5 and even just outside if the store is closed. Was helped very nicely when looking for a cap for my primo snap on jug and am excited to use Hydrohub in the future as well. read more

I stopped in to check out the store and prices. Service was excellent and the shop was clean and organized. I purchased two 5 gal. bottles with handles, and water. One Alkaline and the other purified. Very efficient process and they give the bottles a sterilized rinse. You get a cart to take bottles to your car. They also offer glass bottles of various sizes. I wish they had a store in mid-town Tucson. read more

I came in asking a lot of questions. The girl that helped me was so helpful and so friendly. She gave me a bottle of alkaline water to try. It was the purest, tastiest water I have ever had. She even gave one to give to my husband. I ended up buying the 5 gallon with the nozzle. She even showed me how to use the self service option on the outside of the store so that I can fill up anytime , and to top it off , she offered to take it to my car. I go here all the time to refill my water jugs. The customer service here is really good. I take my jugs in and they do a rinse with ozone then fill it up with water and load it on a cart for me to take out to the car. Would recommend coming here for all water needs. read more

Best water store I've been to with the best water, ice, bottles, and service. Delores answered all of my questions on which bottle and why, sold me on the advantages of alkaline water, and brought my water out to my car for me. An all around pleasant experience and now my go to spot for water. I'm also happy to not need quarters anymore and there's no surcharge for using your credit card like there is at the water machines outside the grocery store or gas station. I just moved back to Tucson after being in San Diego for work for the last 2.5 years. While in CA I started drinking alkaline water and it is amazing! I love this place. The owner is very helpful and genuinely friendly, so is the staff. I have many cats, and the water is so hard in our region that several of them had kidney problems or diseases, one had surgery before and one eventually passed away because of kidney disease, that was before I went to Hydro Hub. The others would have eventually been sick as well BUT since I have been getting my water at Hydro Hub, they had 0 problems, 0 visit to the vet, 0 stone crisis (One of them had crisis every other month until she was 12, she is 16 now and had 0 problems since drinking non alkaline water from Hydro Hub). All cats and pets owner should give water from Hydro Hub to their pets, it is cheap and easy. I have 10 gallons that I fill every 7 weeks or so and that is for the whole family cats and dogs. It is way cheaper than the vet or surgery, and one of my cats is now 23 years old and doing fantastic. My pet sitter is already driving across town to get her water supply from there. read more

We have been filing our water bottles for years and I was over at Ina/Thornydale today and didn't want to go to our regular place. I love the loading zone for Hydrohub. I was concerned about getting a close parking space. I walked in and it was amazing---they cleaned my bottles (great service) then I was educated in water. I was given two water samples and I was floored. Both samples were very good but the alkaline mineral was amazing. Service was wonderful and the product is great.
