He explained the problem and ordered a part. He scheduled an appointment to return the next day to complete the service call. The next day, he showed up on time and completed the repair. It's been a few days and the problem is fixed. I am not sure if the fee was reasonable. It's the first time I've had to repair an appliance in over 10 yrs. I contacted Tim on April 16 and I was told due to a conflict with other jobs and rain, the cutting of the branch will have to be postponed for April 23. On April 23, I contacted Tim again and this time I was told that he had a broken a finger and cannot work for the next 4 weeks. Since then I have attempted to contact Tim (between May 19 and May 23) via text messages, company's phone, and the company's (Beaver Tree Service, Inc.) contact webpage, but I did not get any replies to either modalities. I would adjust this review when the company will return to finish the job.
