While the treatment is taking place, you have a heated massager on your stomach to help loosen the area. If you feel like you need help or have a question, you press a button and Zan will enter to assist. The whole process can take 45 minutes to an hour. You will walk out of there feeling your best! I felt great when I was done. She was a pleasure to work with and a pleasure to speak with. Coming from the northeast the prices here are a bargain! HERE GOES....I initionally was sent to this "Med spa" (I use the term loosely) to have my lips and some botox for the first time. My experiences here have never been smooth sailing but ultimately I really like Katherine so I continued to do botox with her and on July 9th HAD an appt for my lips, 2nd time, and botox, 3rd time. Well I had an email from them about on sale dermablading and work very hard so I said ok ill treat myself. The appt was great, I really enjoyed getting to know Charli a little better and they had a super sweet girl in there I had never met so I got to meet her as well. Charli even turned me on to the Color Science voodoo 50 SPF tinted moisturizer, which I bought and ABSOLUTELY LOVE. WELL let's fast forward 3-4 days later and my face was extremely swollen, looked almost like an abcess had formed where I had a blemish that wasn't all the way healed when I went in for my dermablading. Noone said it was an issue so i didn't think it was. Boy was I WRONGGGGGGGG. MY FACE WAS SO SWOLLEN, refer to pictures, on the fourth/fifth day after I had no choice but to go ro Urgent care cause I didn't want to go to the er but it was Sunday and I had to go somewhere. Of course I was right. I had a staph infection on my face. I was given a steroid shot in my hip a steroid to take a home and also Bactrum antibiotic. On Monday is when I went ahead and reached out. So much is wrong with how this place handled me. For one the ONLY person I was allowed to talk to, complain to, was the person that actually did the procedure, Charli. She was apologetic said she would call Katherine and get back to me. At this point i would've bet my life Katherine was gonna call me and so we could talk about this BIG ISSUE. WELL, THANK GOD I didn't bet anyone cause it was actually, you guessed it, Charli thar called me back to say these things happen unfortunately and they would give me my $65 back if I would like. I just had to laugh and hang up. NO LOVE YOU CAN KEEP YHE $65, OBVIOUSLY Y'ALL NEED IT MORE THAN ME. AND im sure there is some truth to the whole, these things happen. BUT YOU KNOW WHERE IR DOESNT HAPPEN?!?!? CLEAN PLACES!! YOU DIDNT JUST GIVE ME AN INFECTION, YOU GAVE ME A STAPH INFECRION ON MY FACE RIGHT BY MY MOUTH. NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO PAY ALMOST $400 FOR urgent care and prescriptions, had to miss 2 days of work cause I can NOT work like that, see pictures, couldn't kiss my kids, still can't kiss my handsome husband because I am terrified I'll pass something onto one of them. But sure I need my $65 back. A joke really. The WORST PART OUT OF ALL OF THIS ISNT THAT THEY OFFERED ME $65, INSULT, ITS THAT AT NO POINT IN TIME DID SHE ASK IF I NEEDED ANYTHING OR IF I MAYBE WANTED KATHERINE TO HAVE A LOOK AND SEE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING EITHER OF THEM COULD DO. IM STILL TRYING TO HEAL AND ITS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK. NEEDLESS TO SAY IVE CANCELLED ALL MY UPCOMING APPTS AS HAVE MY FRIENDS THAT I referred their. I'm so disgusted that Katherine didn't reach out herself. Like I don't mean anything cause she so busy and she'll make money off of everyone else. I even emailed Katherine and told her I'm so disappointed cause I really like it there but my and my families health is of the UPMOST IMPORTANCE.
