The room was okay, nothing special. The bathrooms are insanely tiny and the closet door wouldn't open and shut. And then it started raining, which is when we found out that the window leaked, a lot. We tried calling down to the front desk, just to find that the room phone was out of order. So I messaged on the app and to their credit the assistant manager came right up with a load of towels. They were very nice and started cleaning up, but quickly took a call to "put out multiple fires and assured me they would be back to shop vac out the window seal. They never returned. Luckily it stopped raining, but no telling how long water has been entering into the walls. read more

This Hyatt is a good hotel in every aspect you would expect. Clean, well staffed, well kept, good AC, friendly atmosphere, a tad dated but I'm not picky like that. What matters to me is cleanliness and this hotel is definitely clean! I have to give a special shout out to the front desk staff member "Ren". Ren is a special kind of talent that every business would (should) kill to have. Ren easily took my stay from a good average to one of the best, most welcoming, most fun stays at a hotel I've ever had. I also watched Ren interact with other guests and their upbeat, friendly, and welcoming vibe never faltered. Ren went above and beyond for me and my husband's stay- and even after when we left! I lost an electronic thingy and they assured me they'd have everyone on the lookout for it! Ren easily takes this Hyatt from a good hotel to a 5 star home. - also the PB cookies are delicious and definitely worth a try read more

Bed was very comfortable and bath towels were nice size and soft. Note that there aren't microwaves in the room, just in the lobby. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator and sink. TV had about 40 channels. Room was nicely heated. Breakfast was good with yogurt, berries, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, eggs, potatoes, and bacon. Coffee was actually good. Wish the pool was indoors along with a hot tub. Conveniently located by the interstate. Allowed our cat which was nice. read more

I am pleased with the service I received from the Hyatt Place. I am from out of town and I was trying to find somewhere decent to stay. I am happy with how accommodating the staff was to me as I had to stay in the area due to a family emergency. Check in process was smooth. I did not get to try the breakfast but I'm sure it was nice. There is a Starbucks within walking distance. It is a smaller building with five floors. I stayed on the top floor. The room was spacious. The room was nice and clean. The hotel seemed well maintained. If I end up having to come back to the area, I will stay here again. Great experience. Not too bad. I certainly had to make use of the amenities due to the severe weather and flooding. To give you an example of how bad things are here, re: weather- there is a couple staying here with their wedding party and all of the venues are closed due to flooding. With that being said, everybody is making the best of the situation here. The staff is extremely friendly, they double as receptionist, waiter/waitress and bartender. Even with that, they don't miss a beat. The rooms are specious and I love the office area with a sink and a refrigerator. There is only one television for the size so if you are accustomed to having a television for the bed room and a television for the sitting room, you are out of luck. The workout room is pretty small. One elliptical, one stationary bike and two treadmills. There is a bench and a rack of dumb bells up to 50 lbs. The hotel is rather quiet and is pet friendly. I know this because with the massive amount of thunder, the dog across the hall would not stop barking. I won't blame the hotel for this. I give them kudos for loving pets. They do offer ear plugs next to the bed so maybe they know a little something about the clients that stay here. If I had to do it again, I think I would stay here one more time to see how they perform with out the severe weather. I will give the staff an "A" for effort. Even with all of the flooding going on, they came in to work. My only draw back now is that due to all of the power outages, the wifi doesn't work. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here at the Hyatt Place in Rogers/Benton. We stayed in room 216, king suite that had everything we needed, except a microwave. Couldn't believe there was no microwave on the room. Aside from that, great service and accommodations all around. I would recommend this pet friendly hotel for your travel needs. read more

Never again-dirty!! I arrived early in the morning (10am) and requested to check in early. The front desk person was a little quirky but agreed and said if I could wait a half hour then he would check me in. He seemed to have forgotten about me (I was sitting right in front of him)..but eventually checked me in about an hour and a half later which was fine. I figured for the price, it was ok and the lobby was nice enough (nice snack bar). Upon walking into my room I was pretty impressed with the spaciousness and decor of the room, so impressed that I put a great tip on yelp! I loved the set up: living room, desk area, refrigerator/sink area, separate vanity and toilet shower. Great so far. Well that went down hill quickly after pulling back the sheets to find a very dirty smear of something yellow/brown. Then I went to wash my face to find a sink that looked like someone just shaved and gargled their mouth out. Really revolting. This ruined the whole stay. (See pictures) I mentioned it to someone at the front...they said sorry without looking surprised at all. I've stayed at a few Hyatt Place hotels and had better experience, though I do note that their front desk staff is usually a bit unfocused. read more

We booked our rooms directly with the hotel a month ago. Received a fabulous rate! Was able to secure them without prior payment just a credit card on file. The check in process was a breeze! They explain all charges. We had 3 king rooms and was impressed with the sizes! All included a sectional, desk & chair, mini fridge, coffee maker, iron, large comfortable bed. The bathroom was a little awkward but very functional. The shower in 2 of our rooms got the temperature so hot you could melt off your skin, while 1 was moderately warm. The swimming pool was the perfect size and offered 3 levels of depth to accommodate children to adults. Towels were provided at pool side. The first night we found ourselves a little hungry and worn out from the day about 9 pm. We called down to the front desk and placed a room service order. We were told the order would arrive about 30 min. A few minutes after placing the order they called back and advised some of the items weren't available and offered a substitute. Our order arrived and was delicious (Parmesan fries, fresh fruit, chicken Caesar salad and a hamburger) however we were missing a burger...the food portions were so large we just made due with what we received. The next evening while we were returning from our day the staff acknowledged their error in missing the burger and apologized again for not having some of the original items we ordered. They offered to comp our meals that evening...way above and beyond what we had expected, so we decided to eat at the hotel again! Again the food was large and amazing...cheese pizza, burger, chicken Cesar salad and those amazing Parmesan fries! After a long hike through their beautiful state we even found ourselves back in the lounge enjoying some beers and large chocolate chip cookies warmed and gooey! We loved the option for a late check out but found we were able to get ready for the road by 10! The check out process was just as fast as the check in! Staff was beyond friendly! It'll do. Big rooms on the 5th floor, not sure how the rest are but my living room was so spacious that I set up a little yoga station for myself. Breakfast is always plentiful with 2 types of breakfast sandwiches, lots of bread, oatmeal, cereal, and fruit. You won't find too much stand alone meat items (bacon, sausage) though. Gym is pretty small with just 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 bicycle, and a small section of free weights. There's only enough room for one person to be using the weights at a time. Pool is outdoors and feels like it's in the parking lot but it's mostly covered by shrubbery. My room's a/c unit was leaking water and my bathroom light went out. Both were fixed within the day. If you need sustenance, there are things for purchase downstairs. If you need water, there's a water cooler in the gym (FREE). read more

I was in Bentonville/Rogers for a week and since most of my hotel points are with Hyatt, chose the Hyatt place. I'd never stayed in a Hyatt Place before so was unsure what to expect. I had a late flight in and once I arrived wanted nothing more than to pass out in my hotel bed. Upon arriving I was told that there was a housekeeping mixup and that my room was not ready. They told me they would put me in a double room until the next day when I could switch to the room I'd reserved (a king). The room they initially put me in was not too sexy and almost seemed somewhat incomplete. I later learned that this was an accessible room hence the set up. The one thing I would suggest for anyone staying here is to request a room not facing the highway. Despite my reservations I ended up being told that I couldn't hear it, which I could (at least when the A/C wasn't running). My King room was far nicer than the double and seemed to be more of what I was expecting. The food situation in the hotel is a bit odd and I wasn't sure even by the time I left if room service actually existed or not. The service itself was very good and when I had an issue with my TV they came right up to fix it. They have a nice little store up front where you can grab snacks and drinks and pastries. The staff is very helpful and was always polite. Overall a nice place, and if you have to stay for awhile, its got a small gym and a pool. read more

We waited too long to book a room for our kids Univ. of Ark. graduation and ended up having to stay in Rogers. We checked reviews for the hotels in the area, and they were all similar, pretty good overall with a few one or two star ratings...like this place had. We had 3 rooms for our clan and we were here for 2 nights. All rooms were spotless. The sink and shower had nearly instant-on hot water! Score big on that. Beds were comfy. Couch and work area was also functional and more than adequate. TV was large and easy to use. Breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs, link sausage, French toast, biscuits and real sausage gravy that was almost as good as home made. Of course they had bagels, cereal, fruit, etc. Coffee...best in hotel coffee ever. Tasted like a Starbucks medium. Bar and misc. goods prices were Hyatt high. Friendly staff too. My only regret is we found this hotel on our last visit to the area. I wish we would have found this place earlier in our kids academic career. We would definitely stay here again. read more

Poor experience, poor management, and poor judgement from all employees. My experience was unacceptable Hotel hot water ran out in the hotel. We we were given no notice initially and lied to when told fix would take 1 hour. The manager tried only to refund the nights only to fix the problem. We left at 1:30 am in the morning for another hotel with a newborn and nursing mom. The way my situation was handled by the hotel is unacceptable. read more

My normal business hotel chain of choice has been almost exclusively Hilton properties fro the past several years. My brother recommended this hotel in the Rogers area, so I gave it a try and was certainly surprised to find one of the best deals going in hotels. It is a clean, quiet, comfortable, and appropriately priced hotel which is what I would assess as between a Hampton Inn and a Hilton Garden Inn. A wet bar and Starbucks coffee is served in the lobby. The real shine on this pearl, though, is the staff. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, hospitable, accommodating, and just perfect all around - every one of those I met. The hotel is extremely easy to access, and has everything you would need or want within walking distance. Give this one a try. You won't regret it. read more

And when i called the front desk to grant permission they demanded that i get dressed and come downstairs to speak with them IN PERSON. What is this, High School?? The front desk staff takes the time to get to know you, as well as bend over backwards to make any visit worth every penny, or point. I tell anyone traveling to the area to stay here, and they have nothing but amazing things to say about their experience. I also want to take a minute to single out the GM. Outstanding room. The room is large and has everything you need to relax. Breakfast is probably the best free breakfast I've ever had and I spend 18 to 20 days a month in hotels. Lobby is awesome and relaxing. The location of the hotel is the only downside. If you are staying here get an even number room. The odd number rooms face the highway which is very noisy. The rooms themselves are quite nice. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Be sure you get a room that is not facing the highway. Road noise is extremely loud. When you look at the bed stand you see ear plugs, that is why. There are several other hotels right up the road not on the highway. Just saying. read more

A cheap and shabby experience was had by all. We come to Rogers every year to visit my family for Thanksgiving, and have had the opportunity to stay at numerous hotels in the area, this has been by far the worst. Dead and decaying bugs in the hallway, a clogged toilet and no working light in the bathroom, shabby furniture, mediocre cable TV, and $18 to rent an in room movie. We tried the food selection and were disappointed there as well. After two bites of my $5 SLIVER of cheesecake, it was so dry and tasteless I tried to feed it to our dog- she was not interested either. Speaking of our dog, we were charged a $75 "non-refundable deposit" for our 12 pound dog, and this hotel was described as pet friendly? When I looked at the bill slid under our door the morning that totals $175 for our room alone, I am completely taken a back. I have paid more for hotel rooms, gladly, but not to be completely inconvenienced, disgusted, and disappointed. What a complete and total waste of time and money. No view, no amenities, no personality, no help, no way- never again. read more

Overall, we were comfortable at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The main issues we ran into were being assigned to a dirty room initially and a strange smell in the room. They also ran out of almost everything at breakfast and were pretty slow to replenish. When we booked our stay, I imagined that we would be in a beautiful area. Not a lot to see in the immediate area. That being said, the location was easy to access and convenient to where we wanted to go. If I find myself in the area, I'd stay here again. We had a room that smelled horrible, the staff jokingly called it the "pot room" because of the smell, not another like room to switch, so they put an industrial fan blowing all night, it was a bad experience. bar Sink dripped, empty water bottle by sofa, staff at check in was oddly quirky and by evening the staff were quick to check it out but nothing changed, the smell was as strong as when I checked in (except for the added freshener they kept spraying. very dissatisfied. read more

We (me, my husband,& 2 small children) stayed at this hotel for 5 days and the entire staff went above and beyond for us during our entire stay! Everyone was so nice and attentive!
