Let me tell you, this hotel is located in the absolutely perfect spot if you are there for the nightlife. It is right in the heart of downtown Bentonville. And to our surprise, the farmers market that spans for blocks, every Saturday 7a-1p, is literally right outside the front doors. Okay, lets get down to it. Beautiful hotel with fun and artistic decor. Beautiful, clean, large rooms with all the amenities; even robes and a Nespresso maker. More than most hotels. Nicest staff on earth, even the cleaning crew was delightful. I truly felt like a guest of honor at this hotel. It also has the cutest restaurant and bar inside. Check in was a breeze, and we were on our way to our room. The room was nice, spacious and the air conditioning was already running (thankfully because it's humid af outside). The beds were comfortable, and the bedding was clean. We used the pool area for a couple of hours, which again was clean and well maintained. The spa is down, but that didn't matter as we weren't trying to use it. We did use the gym area which again, clean and well maintained. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the Bentonville area, and would recommend others to give this hotel a shot.

I was standing outside to learn at 11:05 that they closed at 11:00 p.m. the gentleman at the desk said he could not go get my vehicle unless I waited 2 hours so he gave me the key to go hunt it down in a seven car parking garage. I was not too happy. As I was walking to the parking garage I noticed the vehicle that look like mine on the side outside the parking garage. I decided before I walked up and tried to find it in the parking garage that I would set the alarm and see if that one was mine. It ended up being mine and very grateful that the staff member working that day was nice enough to pull it out for me. It would have been nice if they would have left that information with the front desk but still very grateful that I do not have to search a seven-story parking garage to find my vehicle... they did not close out my tab until in the morning the whole time prior to that it kept saying my car was being delivered which was a little odd.

"Get Lucky" - Daft Punk with Nile Rodgers…read more We spent the weekend at Embassy Suites in NW Arkansas, not for a Razorback game, but to see my musical hero/icon/legend Nile Rodgers and CHIC, along with Billy Idol. Nile Rodgers has been on my bucket list, so it did not matter that we had to travel from Hawaii all the way to Arkansas via Dallas, (a 5.5 hr drive each way) then fly back the next day after the concert. I chose this place because the hotel is right across the street from the Walmart Ampitheater (Walmart AMP) and walking distance. Keep reading toward the end for a BIG SURPRISE. SERVICE: Mariah was at the front desk checking us in, and she was from Hawaii! Very nice girl. We got texts daily asking how they were doing. Housekeeping came by really late, like after 3:30 PM after we got back to our room from sight-seeing so we turned down the service as we still had nice fluffy towels. THE ROOM: The 2-room corner suite was really nice and spacious and clean. It came with a bar, microwave, fridge, full sized mirror, two queen beds, a chaise lounge, TVs in both rooms - and a cracked window in the anteroom which was taped with green masking tape. The bedroom faced the interstate, which was noisy through the walls. I could hear the cars/trucks speeding by, but I was tired so it was more like white noise. The A/C was loud, but at least it worked. Didn't really hear any neighboring room noises. BED: a bit soft, but clean and comfy. Pillows didn't smell like BO, like most places I've been. PERKS: free hot breakfast every morning, different fruits. Fresh Omelet station. Lots of choices. Coffee was strong and good. Very good. Lots of seating, even in the bar area in the morning. One of the best free morning breakfasts in any hotel I've ever been in. PARKING: $10 a day extra for hotel guests. Lots of open spaces. Embassy managed to keep the concert parkers out on the day of the concert. BIG SURPRISE: I got to meet Nile Rodgers!!! He was trying to get breakfast when I interrupted him. His plate was still empty but he graciously agreed to take a photo with me. I also went back after 30 minutes and we casually waved at him and he called us over to his group. He threw his arm over my shoulder and gave me a hug, he held my hand in another photo. He was one of the nicest celebrities I've ever met - very humble and genuinely friendly. I was over the top dying inside!!! The man I came to see was staying at the Embassy Suites! It's no surprise that musical celebrities may be staying here, especially if they are playing at the Walmart AMP, as it's right across the street and convenient. So if you want to see your favorite musician at the AMP, book a room at the Embassy Suites and you may get lucky!! Return factor: YES. In the future. Maybe. Don't think Nile is going to play in AR again any time soon (he is usually in Europe).
