Their crew was safe (masked and distanced), fast, efficent, and thorough. The crew boss took the time to show me how an error had been made in the anchoring for the original installation and they had fixed that. Everthing worked again. While they were here, they also changed the light bulbs in two high up fixtures that were hard to reach and which I could not figure out how to open up.
