When I asked the ladies at the counter, the cashier with her back to me turned her head and said "email corporate" and that was that. They have a great coffee bar with all the goods to jazz that cup of joe right up. They had just cleaned the mens bathroom which means it must be maintained regularly. Let me just say, the absolute best customer service. A gentleman in the produce section went above and beyond in an attempt to find me some edamame. They ran out of the fresh ones, but he helped get the frozen option. Then as I was heading for the registers there were gentlemen ushering people to the registers. My wife and I love the fuel savers card. We live clear up on the north side of town and we make a point to come here and only here, even if it is on the south side. I honestly wish the would open a grocery store and gas station on the north end, but for now, we don't mind driving a few miles to get great deals on gas, and food in the grocery store. Last round of getting gas, we actually only paid 50 cents a gallon, which I haven't seen since the 70's. This is the greatest grocery store in the world I believe. Having been in many state, you never see a store that is so well kept, and everything is always faced as this chain. Like their ad use to say, there is always a helpful smile in every isle! The meat here is of very high quality and the rest of the store is very well put together. We come in every couple weeks and often enjoy their food bars also. Above average for a grocery store for sure. This is a great convenience store! Low cost items - like Caribou Coffee, and snack items - in a clean, friendly, atmosphere; gas discounts with grocery store receipts. HyVee cares about customer service - free air, coffee club cards, all of the proper condiments for food items... all the little things and big things done right. 24 hour pay at the pump, too.
