They said for us to go get it and bring it to the front of the gate. I said first off, I never asked for it to be impounded. Second, I have already paid your impound fee and you want to charge me more? She said we impound all vehicles if you don't pay while it's getting towed, so nobody comes a gets it and leaves without paying. I said well that's not the case here.
