I really appreciated Dr. Hwang's patience in the most comprehensive and thorough eye exam I have ever had in my life.Professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful help from Dr. Hwang and his two staff members made me feel comfortable and cared for. The ladies in the front were very fun and welcoming. They even helped adjust my current semi-broken glasses so I could wear them comfortably while waiting for my new pair. I've been Dr. Hwang's patient for over 5 years. I never appreciated his expertise until I made the mistake of going to a different optometrist due to my busy schedule. The other doctor gave me an inaccurate prescription for my progressive lenses and contacts (they were not the right curvature and moved around my eyes). I'm happy to be back with Dr. Hwang. I despise going to the eye doctor but Dr. Hwang makes it enjoyable. He's very knowledgeable and takes extra time with each patient. Even when I said I didn't need to try contacts on he insisted and took the extra time to go find them and make sure they worked before I left.
