The ductless master showed in two occasions and after two no call no shows, I decided to not work with them and search for different contractor. I was glad to found JT Comforts. Josh recommended a stronger pumps and with a fair price they had to redo the other contractors installation , and did it the right way. Overall Josh and his team did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing the problem. I haven't had any leaks since was done. He and his team were professional, efficient, and kind. They present favorable initial pricing and pretended to know their trade. After they are awarded the project they prey on ownership with over priced change orders, inflated hours, and beyond list pricing on materials. They over promised under delivered in all aspects. They caused continuous delays to the projects and never met a single schedule they themselves presented to ownership. They were constantly rescheduling crews, and there guy were instructed to leave in the middle of the day without notifying anyone, not to mention the trash and giant messes left behind for others to pick up. Owners take ZERO accountability for mistakes/damages and the owners would never pickup or call back. I never dealt with the same installer for longer then 3 months. It is no surprise that the company has a extremely high turn over rate. If I could leave zero stars I would.
