Upon completion Tyler asked if we have any issues in the next 12 months that we contact him exclusively stating that he was "married to it" until then. Approximately six months later the unit began making a strange noise so I attempted to contact him (texts, calls, messenger, email) ....nothing no response. I was forced to call in an outside contractor at my expense (all should have been covered under warranty) Skip forward to 12 months later I realized I had no copy of the receipt so once again I tried making contact and got ghosted. In a text I simply asked for a copy of the $7150 bill and again nothing, so I was unable to claim it on my taxes. He knew it was a well tank service call so he had a new tank and all the parts already on his truck just in case he had to do a replacement. Our tank was over 20 years old so we knew it was probably a goner before he even arrived. Mike replaced the tank that day and did a great job- neat, curious and explained all that he did. Mike even did a small repair to the well cap after noticing it was loose. This was our first experience with Ray Plumbing and we will call them again if needed.
