Instead, they used a hi-jacker type unit so they were just dropping large branches at random and ended up damaging our crab tree and dwarf willow tree in our front yard. We had gone out and told them to be careful after we saw them drop a branch on the willow but they went on to damage our beautiful flowering crab apple tree, snapping off a main upper branch and stripping off many smaller leaf containing branches. Without our consent they trimmed off the damaged section and now the top has a large bare space and the one side looks sparse with many of the leaf branches missing. One of the owners said he would send a tree expert consultant out to look at the tree. No one called or came over after us calling him back twice. He said he would come by last weekend with a contract to replace the tree. Surprise, surprise no one called or came over. They also left a good sized mess in our landscaping and front yard for us to clean up. Run don`t walk away from these guys.

We are selling our home and CRE was able to get us on their busy schedule in time to meet our closing and I could not be happier with the results of their work (kinda made us sad we were selling the house now with the beautiful landscaping job they did).
