My wife said no way was she having some sketchy pre-teen coming in-and-out of our house. We were away for almost two weeks. Each day we would receive an email with reports on each of our spoiled cats, along with photos. When we arrived home we found a detailed report card noting each daily visit. I'm not sure that the kid down the block would provide daily emails with photos, let along a report card. What can I say. Kimberly and Kendal won me over. The loving care they gave our kiddos couldn't be beat. I would rate this service A+, *****. I just wanted to say that this pet store is unfortunately not the place to get pet rodents from. My…read morepartner and I initially came and bought 4 rats as pets from this location and within a month, half of them died from respiratory infections. When I took the rats to the vet prior, the veterinarian claimed they had to have been put in an unsanitary environment for them to die within a month. But despite the news, I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and buy replacement rats for the ones that died. Upon approaching the counter, we have met an employee (whose name eludes me) that was a thinner build, piercings, and he was disrespectful to my partner and I. When we asked for 2 male rats and asked for their ages, he sighed and rolled his eyes at us which made the experience incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Despite my better judgment, I bought the rats and took them home. Within 3 days, I noticed the one of the rats he sold us was actually a female rat which was a problem in itself since the cage had 3 males, but worst of all she died on the third day from the same respiratory infection. At that point I called the store once and the employee who I assumed was the guy at the counter said, "that just happens to rats" and I can definitively say it doesn't. They may have short life spans but 3 days is clearly not their expiration date. When I called at a later date, I had a more reasonable gentlemen's offer to replace the dead rat but at that point I couldn't risk being sold more sick animals from this location. Please do not give this location your business. Provided in the screenshots below are the three rats who passed away in the very short time I owned them. Thank you for reading my review and I hope the business owners use this review to understand my displeasure and disappointment and how they can potentially learn from this.

Last week, I met with my new parent to give them the two Maine Coon mix kittens we fostered.
