I can't say enough good things about American Air. From the moment I called to schedule service, I…read moreknew I was in great hands. The team was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive -- they got me on the schedule quickly and showed up right on time. The technician who came out was knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my system, walked me through all of my options, and never once made me feel pressured. The quality of the work was top-notch, and everything was left clean and tidy when the job was done. What really impressed me was the pricing. I got quotes from several companies before choosing American Air, and they came in below the competition -- without cutting any corners. You can tell they genuinely care about earning your trust and your business, not just making a quick buck. This is the kind of company that restores your faith in good, honest service. I'll be recommending American Air to everyone I know, and they've absolutely earned a customer for life. Sincerely Rick M.

It is now one month later, 9/9/22, and after calls to the office and speaking to his mother on one phone call and his father on another phone call we still do not have the job finished. Horrible customer service. No return calls OR return service as promised. 9/14/2022 Matt came out today and completed the service. Communication along the way would have been appreciated. Shouldn't take a negative review to get it, either. Hopefully moving forward they will learn from this. Changed from a 1 star review to a 4 star review based on them coming back to complete the service without charge.

He was communicative, considerate, and a real pro. He far exceeded my expectations for the job. Not only did he take care of the mold, but used Kills and water protection behind the backsplash tile, replaced ALL the baseboards in the bathroom with new pvc baseboards, added a pvc tow strip at the tub (it was just caulking before), added some LVP under the vanity, and absolutely crushed the job. Look at the pic of the amazing jigsaw cut he did to fit the existing plumbing to the new vessel sink - a true craftsman. When I mentioned a couple minor spots for touch-up paint, he came next day without complaint and made sure I was completely satisfied with his work. He truly takes pride in his work - look at the trim around the switch and outlet plates. Tyler's the first person I'll call next time we have a home project, and I highly recommend Evergreen Skilled Services!

They were the best price for this complex remodel, and they made sure to work with my limited budget. They were very communicative about their process. Everyone except Jay- He walks the walk and talks the talk- Hard as it seems to believe there is an honest person who does what they say and stays true to their word but we found him! - We'd been down so many paths and became so discouraged over the months leading up to working with Jay that we were not sure if building was ever an option. Jay laid out the cost of our project and never once exceeded his quoted price. Everyone that I have ever talked with says plan on spending an extra 20% of whatever your budgeted plans are- Not here! He showed up to work each and every day without fail and went above and beyond our expectations of craftmanship and quality. He added some amazing touches to our home that were not on the plans and just made it happen ! His connections within the trade saved us so much money and we are so happy to now call him a friend!
