Any bitterness I'd chalk up to the darker style roast of Coffee Supreme, rather than the technique of the barista. We enjoyed dining and relaxing on the purpose built alfresco area, that over looks the Melba Park. Three of us with small children found the cafe a very comfortable place for brunch. The cafe is attached to the museum, so good for the children while we relaxed with a cake and coffee. We found the service good, with a free morning paper, free WiFi, with lots of seating options.
