The customer service lacks...and that is being kind. Lucky for me, if or when I must step foot in the store I know what I'm after and just go get it if they have it...if not, I leave. I have been shopping at Victoria Secret since before most of the employees were born in there and before the internet became a thing for shopping. I think they should consider the fact that some folks are not new to the brand and they know what they are talking about. Things do change, things no longer exist, etc. and being familiar with older styles to help put a customer into a newer, similar fit or style(s) helps. I get not knowing a style from a decade or more ago, but I don't get not knowing a style/item that was around just a few years ago...or just a year or less. The "we've never sold anything like that" is a horrible answer since we know better, the "I don't know" answer is even worse...but the disappearing act since an employee just doesn't want to help is awful. The only advice I can give to anyone reading this if you are like me and have been shopping with VS a long time...call! Call the toll free number and you'll be surprised at the assistance you will receive. They are very helpful, unlike the stores like this one and are 5-stars hands down. Then, if need be you can order it or you can brave the store to see if they have it. Again, I'm just happy there is a location here...it's just sad that this location lacks. I still like VS of course, I've just had many other better experiences at other stores across the US. If you like VS too or are new to VS, please don't let whatever experience you may encounter at this store turn you off on the brand...just shop online or another store. TMI Side Note (and I hope someone at VS HQ reads this): I really miss VS clothes and I'm sad they discontinued selling clothes. Best jeans and tops ever! Loved the dresses too! They were my go-to place when I needed an outfit...ho hum...I wish they'd bring the clothes back!

If I am looking for something and they do not have it, I know I will probably not find it at another store and should probably just get it on their website. However, the reason for the 5 stars is not just for their inventory. The sales associates are amazing! They are always willing to help me, work out an outfit in my mind, see if something is available online, and offer to order it for me. They are so friendly and sweet and make you feel welcome walking into the store. They make shopping a pleasure which as a plus-sized person, it is almost never a pleasure. It is a totally judgment-free zone where I can just be me and they are so sweet and wonderful. The prices can be high but if you sign up for their emails or texts, you will get notified of their sales which can make the items much more affordable. I will be back, over and over, and later this week because I have orders scheduled to be delivered!

Sometimes I get really friendly, helpful service, and other times I somehow manage to get really rude employees. The store is clean and well organized. Life everyone else, I never miss a semi-annual sale. I got an awesome plush robe during the last sale from this store. If you've seen one Victoria's Secret, you've pretty much seen them all. It just comes down to cleanliness, organization, and courteousness of the employees. I've mentioned all of the above, so I think that pretty much sums up this review. They really need to work on the customer service here. If it improves, I'll update my review. Until then, it is what it is. Hopefully you'll have good luck and get a friendly employee when you need assistance!
