Not ur normal circumstances…read more Our rental van hit a flat goin to Vancouver Island at stoopid Blaeberry (very blae if u ask us!!) and we rolled ona spare til Revelstoke where we parked here for the nught to wait for the nearby car shop to open. Thanks to the super kool Aussie workin the cash overnight that night we got our car fixed much sooner at a much better place! Plus we scored some brekkie and were close to a bathroom all night. Super appreciated. Nice place to get stuck at ... Thx Mr Aussie dude for saving the day u weren't there when we went back to thank you!!!

I came in to ask a question about the Resort Shuttle on a Sunday night, and got a kind of dumb stare and a response that was classically 7-11 cashieresque: "uhhh do I LOOK like a resort type? I don't know." It was such a great response, and yet was so full of condescension that it was awesome. I guess we all make different choices in life. Nonetheless, this one had locks on the doors - if they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week . . . why the locks?

Super Save has always fallen in the category or being terrible since the beginning of mankind for some odd reason. The one in Revelstoke hasn't changed in the numerous years I've been here from a child to now being in my late 30's Seems very trucker-ish as it's just as you come into Revelstoke just off the main highway coming east and lots of interesting people like to stop here. The area where the pumps are always seem to leave your shoes in either a muddy or dirty mess and it's even worse in the winter time with the salt and snow about. The convenience store has the usual run of the mill stuff like awful coffee, chips, chocolate bars, lighters, and usual gas station bric a brac so yeah they have everything you need for when you're on a road trip. At convenience store prices of course. Now the best part, the bathrooms. Satan himself would avoid using them and hit up using a snow bank instead. Why you ask? It's super cold in there during the winter and the amount of water on the floor makes for a stinky, slippery mess.Stalls are usually clogged but do have some great reading material carved in in case you get bored. The urinals are shoulder to shoulder close which makes for awkward pee time. Head to the Chevron instead, way cleaner.
