I was disappointed with my move-out experience with Nestwell. I felt several charges were assigned…read moreto us without adequately considering whether the issues predated our tenancy or were simply normal wear and tear. Nestwell ultimately charged us $585 for tenant responsibility, including: Removing an porch bench (there when we move in) - $15 Replacing a "broken" (not broken?) doorbell and removing hooks - $85 Swapping an incorrect privacy lock - $65 Removing carpet remnants (this carpet was apart of the unit?) and tacks from the stairs - $50 Replacing broken bedroom blinds (Also not broken??) $105 Repairing a damaged window screen - $60 Removing adhesive hooks and tape - $30 Disposing of trash/debris (there was no trash??) $40 Blowing debris from the garage (?... we swept when we left) - $40 Vacuuming HVAC duct (Also cleaned when we left) - $60 Replacing burned-out light bulbs - $35 My disappointment is with the move-out inspection process itself. It felt like our disputes were dismissed without supporting photos or documentation explaining why certain items were determined to be tenant responsibility. A more transparent process, with detailed move-in and move-out photos and evidence supporting disputed charges would go a long way toward building trust with tenants. I hope Nestwell continues to improve the transparency and fairness of its move-out inspections.

Without her patience & upbeat demeanor, I may have talked myself out of leasing my current condo. I was really hesitant at first, reading through the extremely detailed lease. I felt protective of my rights as a renter, and Ryland was there for me every step of the way, answering all of my questions. My move was seamless & a great experience because of her. Ryan Tender, the maintenance EXPERT, is also amazing to work with!! He has been a dream come true for someone like me, as I don't have time to deal with anything that breaks :) As soon as I put in a maintenance request, he responds right away. He updates me on the status of my request and makes sure that the problem is taken care of immediately. I couldn't be more appreciative! I have had an incredible experience with Keyrenter & I highly recommend renting from them!!

Our experience was honestly a nightmare. We hired someone to help us keep the property in good…read morecondition and it ended up trashed. The inspections never happened or they would have seen the deplorable conditions the house was left in. They never caught the animals they werent supposed to have despite us reporting it and the floors that were coming up etc. They would often try to get us to get things fixed through people they had contracts with who charged rates that were way above what was normal. One company quoted us $10,000 for something that wasn't even a problem. Or $300 to snake a drain?? We often ended up fixing it ourselves because the prices were so outrageous. These issues on top of things like poor communication and being charged for things that weren't even for our property were constant. We should have just done it ourselves. We pretty much managed the management company, The whole experience was ridiculous.I would go with someone else.

We have been living here for a year in November, and we are extremely happy. We actually just signed a lease for another year. We love our apartment. It's really spacious and the kitchen is beautiful! Everyone at the leasing office has been friendly, extremely quick to respond and very helpful. Not to mention, they remember you by name! The maintenance guys are great as well! They respond very quickly to any and all maintenance requests. They are friendly, quick, and respectful of your home. The complex is clean and safe. Biggest problem would be people not always picking up after their dogs, but they really try to stay on top of it, and it's gotten a lot better!! There's always plenty of parking on the street which is where we like to park so it's great! I'm not sure about parking spots in the complex as we don't use those. Further, the complex is a 7-10 minute walk to the TRAX! If you walk a little further down there's plenty of places to eat or get some drinks and there's top golf. There's also Winco and Maveric. The complex is also right by Gardner Village which is really cute. Everything you could want is right here. Highly recommend checking this place out!
