In the second section she changed the treatment to CO2 without the Doctor 's permission or supervision,and burned my skin which left a permanent hypopigmented scar and brownish. The owner Dr. Benjamin Chan couldn't fix it and said that he will help me claim the insurance. But since 2021 I haven't heard from anyone. I have contacted their former Customer Manager many times but the answer was always the same:" someone will contact you soon. I followed their suggestion to find someone who was able to repair it but Dr Chan rejected the treatment plan. In May 2023 I contacted their new manager Ms Sha Huang via email, phone calls and text messages, and her reply was the same"Thanks for your patience, someone will contact you soon ", later she blocked my mobile number and never returned my calls. The terrible thing was in 2021 Dr. Chan promised me that they will cover all the costs related to the burn, instead they used my name to claim Medicare and sent the invoice to my old address which has been inactive for 20 years (how can I suppose to receive it!!) despite all my other information being updated. They further forwarded me to a debt collector which caused my loan application to be rejected. Consider carefully before using their treatments if you don't want to be next me! Already lodged a complaint to the Government Departments.
