The consultants here are just wonderful. At nearly 30 years of age and still suffering from pimples and some scarring, I wanted to know if there was anything non invasive I could do to help repair some of the damage. Not wanting to spend too much on a treatment or procedure, I explained my needs to the nurse. Although the acne scarring procedure could have been pushed on me (more expensive and more treatments required), the nurse assured me she didn't think I needed that treatment in particular to make a difference, and instead offered me a Microdermabrasion & Vitamin Infusion facial for about 1/3 of the price. I have to say the results have been long lasting and quite effective; scarring, tissue damage and even my faint lines have been reduced, some even gone altogether. I also got a spray tan here for the Cox Plate, and the only comments I received were from people asking when I got back from hols, which meant it looked natural and un-Oompa Loompa like! And even my mum, who won't even book in for a massage came along with me to have a laser treatment on some leg veins; the results are astonishing!! This is not the only time I have been here as the last time I had the same treatment the fire alarm was going off the whole time and all the therapists can say is sorry about that. Well not good enough if you want to charge top dollar for treatments sorry is not good enough. I was also taken in 4 minutes late and when I finished it was 4 minutes short.

It's an odd location for such a brilliant parlour, and whilst they do promote the piercing options, the store seems more interested in selling limited edition framed posters and generic black clothing than sticking needles through peoples' body parts. What convinces me about the staff here is their enthusiasm, their willingness to mutilate their own bodies and the ability to be completely comfortable talking about the difficulties of certain genital piercings without freaking out an interested party. What blew my mind about the member of staff who pierced me was that he had two tongues. Split, healed, and then he had learnt to control them independently.
