The street itself has only a little available parking as it's mostly restricted by "permit only" zones. The clinic is highly professional - both administratively and medically. I've had enough of them doing me a favour. The doctors are OK but the service at reception is…read moreterrible. You struggle to get an appointment even when they know you are sick and have been there recently and the doctor has told you to come back. One receptionist is downright unhelpful and a smile would be out of the question. If they are full, that's all they say and have no options for you. Today is the last straw. I got a call to say that my daughters appointment on Monday for her 2nd flu shot can't go ahead because they have run out. Perhaps someone there can't count. You would think that they would save her one as she had made the appointment and received her first shot over 2 weeks ago. It was suggested that I run around to find a replacement. Perhaps a bit of running around or accountability their end. Any other business would be out of business by now!
