They go above and beyond to make both pets (and pet parents) comfortable. While a flower delivery and sympathy card weren't on our mind from the vet, that's just a single example of the thought that is behind everything they do. They truly are a class act and perfect example of compassionate service in Orlando. I send all of my friends here when they're in the market for a new vet. Not only are the doctors kind and thorough, but the techs and front desk staff are what really make the difference. They get to know you and your pet and are always rooting for your furry companions. I fully believe they are a large reason why my girls have lived so long - they do routine bloodwork and have caught so many underlying issues throughout the last 6 years between the 2 of our girls (high blood pressure, hyperthyroid, all the things you don't think of for a cat). We've shed a lot of tears in Garden Vet recently, and I want to thank the whole team for taking such good care of Darla and us. Grief is not linear, and can be absolutely overwhelming. We're still healing, but we know Darla was in the best hands.

From the moment we walked into 4 Paws Animal Clinic, I knew we made the right choice. Dr. Bert was amazing -- thorough, patient, and incredibly kind. She took the time to really get to know Diesel, performed a very detailed exam, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. That level of care meant so much to me. I also truly appreciate how calm and organized the clinic is. Not having a crowded lobby full of animals made such a difference for Diesel, who tends to get very anxious in those situations. In the past, we would have to wait in the car until called in, so this was such a refreshing experience. You can genuinely tell that everyone there cares deeply about animals and has a true passion for what they do. My only downside was the pricing of ProHeart. I've never paid more than $180 for the 12-month ProHeart injection for my 89lb dog with my previous vet in Miami, so being quoted $350 felt significantly higher than what I was used to especially he weighed less at 84lbs. That was the only surprise for me that was very unfortunate and resulted in me having to switch diesel to TriHeart. Overall, the experience, compassion, and quality of care were excellent, and we're very happy to have found them in Orlando. 5 Star Service/Quality Care 4 Star for Pricing

Our dog is a little anxious going to the vet after having to do the visits without us during covid but he seemed to be less nervous than other times. Dr Bert was super informative throughout our visit and didn't rush through any questions we had. She gave our pet his routine shots so quickly he didn't even realize what was going on. Loved that quick turnaround on the notes from our visit too! We thought it was overall a great experience. If you're looking for a new vet, this place is it!

It was so much fun paying the high and undisclosed bill at the end of every vet visit with the unfortunate receptionist who had to break the news to me that the annual visit was over $600. My new vet has not once mentioned my dog's nerves and has inversely, embraced her for it. Additionally, the vet techs always disclose every service's cost in real time. Before I get the bill. What a concept. Annual visits are below $400 now. Greed will be their downfall.

Casper, my cat, had a bad experience about 5 years ago, and ever since then, he's a menace at the vet and has always had to be put under full anesthesia. He had a really stressful experience with anesthesia at the last vet he went to, so I was pretty intense with them about him having a better experience here. They were so kind and so understanding and helpful, and they never treated me like I was being too much or inconveniencing them, which I appreciated so much. No vet since the one 5 years ago has been able to touch him without full anesthesia. I'm not sure what it was about this place, but he wasn't losing his mind, he wasn't hissing, he wasn't trying to attack, and he wanted out of his carrier. I was super nervous to let him out, but I did because he seemed to be doing okay. He explored and was OKAY! It was amazing. Then our vet tech Emily was absolutely incredible and was so kind and sweet to my baby- he can be a little rude and high strung so I really appreciated that she went the extra mile to make him feel comfortable. We didn't do a full exam, but he was letting us touch him and weigh him and everything, and then they put him under to biopsy a lump. While they were doing the biopsy, they were so good about calling me to update me as things were happening. This is my new vet for the rest of forever

Diego came skirting around the corner from the kitchen to the family room where we all were. He couldn't stand when he reached his bed area and was shaking and more. I went into the other room to call his doctor to let them know we were bringing him in while my daughter was trying to assess the situation and calm him down. Dr Ferrell took Diego in the back immediately to look him over. The nurse called us into the room. They did bloodwork on Diego and asked us what we saw happen. It was determined his bloodwork was normal but Diego had a seizure which was the first time that has occurred. This was a very serious and scary situation for Diego and us. We were told to videotape him if it happens again and log length and frequency of them. Diego had just last month taken a flea pill due to us seeing one flea on his head. Dr Farrell said Diego will only take sentinel and his medicated shampoo and medicated foam for his feet are still ok for Diego to use.Dr. Farrell and his nursing staff and techs are so fantastic. Instead, we experienced weeks of poor communication, inconsistent treatment, and missed warning signs. Despite repeated visits and clear symptoms--vomiting, not eating, high glucose levels and rapidly declining health--we were repeatedly told it would "take time" and that she was likely battling a UTI. Different veterinarians saw her without reviewing prior records or ER notes. Critical steps in managing her diabetes were delayed, and her worsening condition was not fully addressed. It wasn't until far too late that we learned she was also suffering from pancreatitis, which explained everything we had been desperately trying to get answers for. Even in her final days, communication continued to break down. We were left confused, without clear guidance, and ultimately without the chance to properly help her. We trusted this office with our dog's life. The lack of coordinated care and delayed diagnosis cost us the chance to save her. Till this day we haven't received a follow up call from the vet hospital to check in on how our dog is doing since December 22, 2025.
