The dentist was running behind and asked to reschedule me because the dentist was not available. I never received ANY service -- no exam, no cleaning, nothing. Despite that, the office deliberately slipped my "bill" onto my husband's account and charged him for both his real treatment and my nonexistent visit. My husband had no idea they combined our charges until AFTER we left the office and talked about what happened. That is deceitful, dishonest, and unethical. The wonderful ladies at the front desk consoled me and said hold on we got you. Sure enough Dr. Christy and Dr. Brock rearranged their entire morning to fit me in before my other appointment! everything went great and I was able to get my braces on time!
