I went recently to a Columbia ,TN Goodwill. I am obviously a senior since I will be 72 this year. I could not get the senior discount because the text would not go to my phone. I went ahead and paid full price. I still don't have the text a day later. This may some insignificant to some but I have always been an advocate for my patients. I do not think this is fair. You have to give them your phone number they reply yes to their text. As to why I never received the text after multiple attempts, I have no idea.
